Hi, when i activate the plugin, it breaks all the site, nothing is shown where is was supposed to. I have been reading in the support that is a frecuent bug. Im using Bodega Thene with child theme and i have posted a note in the support site. The people with problems like mine are not able to solve it, How can i get a refund?

on this las version, the Author Url is not being replaced and there is a bug on Firefox. If you go to the hmwp dashboard with firefox the tabs do not work.
Hi, the tabs are working fine in all the browsers. Which version of firefox you checked with? And for replacing author url, you need to enable Authors URL from Permalinks & URLs tab, and set Author Base and Author Query options.

On Crome the tabs work as normal.
And yes, I have enabled Authors URL from Permalinks & URLs tab, and set Author Base and Author Query options but the new permalink do not work. I mean only the author slug works.

How can I remove ‘wp-content’ from this? I tried the HTML replace function but it didn’t work and the instructions I found seem to be out of date (the interface looked different).

Yes, I already did all of that. The minifying is functioning correctly. I just cannot hide ‘wp-content’ – which is why I purchased your plugin.

I just found I had ‘Rewrite URL structure’ checked in W3 Total Cache minify settings. I unchecked this and now it works as excepted.

Actually, although it worked – it slowed down my page loads by over 30%. This is obviously unacceptable so I disabled it. Any idea why it is so slow? Normal minify with W3 Total Cache works ok.
Is it that the page loads slower only when ‘Rewrite URL structure’ is unchecked?
When ‘Rewrite URL structure’ is unchecked I can see the minify caching URLS in the header. The site is 30-40% slower. With ‘Rewrite URL structure’ checked the URLS are not present, so minify caching is obviously not active, and the site is fast/normal.
Perhaps because I’m on a shared server – maybe it takes to much resources to handle this?
Even if you uncheck “‘Rewrite URL structure”, minify should be active.
Well, I can see from the source code that it is not.

I have installed the plugin and went thru the setup process. Amended my config and my htaccess files. Tried to login and it would not let me. So i removed the admin cookie line in my config file and it allowed me to login. But the site was was all messed up. so i added the admin control line back into the config and the site loaded. But now i cannot get to my dashboard. It shows that I am logged in, the dashboard shows at the top, but i can only see the front end of the site. Please help!! I posted on your support forum 5 hours ago, but still do not have an answer. I cant really do anything on the site until I get your support…

hi there, just looking at this one. I am using an SSL certificate, hosting is with GoDaddy on their “Managed Wordpress” platform. They suggest not to use any third party caching plugins due to the setup of their platform, hence I am wondering, does your plugin work with that, do you know? Thanks in advance

- goto HMWP >> ‘Start’ Tab >> ‘Medium Privacy – More Compatibility’ scheme >> click ‘Save Settings’
Note: Assuming that it’s WP single site and Apache server. Your site’s htaccess file should be writeable.

Hi, yes it’s compatible with WP Multi-site. But Multi-site on Nginx is not officially supported yet.
I confuse to rename /wp-admin so what can i restore it back? I try to delete plugin few time and installed it back but still can access.
Hi, is it that you tried to rename wp-admin path and now you want to restore back and having issue? You will need to delete the line added in wp-config.php:
define(“ADMIN_COOKIE_PATH”, ”/NEW_WPADMIN_NAME”);

I’m that 1 out of 1 000 000 users who runs on NGINX server.
I don’t have access to any of the files described in your “tutorial”.
Now my theme has 78 errors after I made “Install > Medium Privacy – More Compatibilty (Recommended)” – or any other pre-installed options.
As I understood your don’t provide Support for this issues (Nginx Server thingy).
Question
Is there any chance you’d consider to eventually provide support?
