Hi, it is possible with this plugins that different user have different calendar.
I need two schedules (two calendars) and the user when create a account select only one schedule.
And when user sing in, see only his calendar.
It is possible.

But I need to know first if I could get this settings with the plugin:
- I need a backend where: - Multiple admin users can check the reservations any time - Multiple admin users can add, modify or block reservations manually
So briefly it is a Kayak rental company where workers need to check if it has already been reserved or how many people has reserved for certain date.
They must also be able to add manually reserves to certain date.
The online reserves must be added automatically to the calendar.
This is because they have the online and physical store so it is a way to have both syncronised, would this app fulfill my requirements?

Your scenario can be applied to bookingwizz, however, there is only 1 admin in the system, and at the moment, there is no option to create other admins. Besides the number of admin users – it should work fine for your scenario, but please try live demo to be sure that you like how it works and that it suits your business model.
Happy New year! I have been searching for the right solution for my project. I need to offer membership access to a conference room usage. Membership comes with different plans e.g 2 hr plan, 5 hr plan. additional hours can be purchased as required. I have tried to figure the best approach with using your application. One approach is to install woocommerce and offer recurring products (2hr plan, 5hr plan), and issue out credit to the members that will expire/renew every month. Bookingwizz needs to be able to know that member has a credit and limit scheduling to the available credit. For instance, If member is on a 2hr plan and want to schedule for 4hrs, it will require them purchasing additional 2hrs.
After reviewing your product for some months, I am thinking that I might need a custom solution but I want to hear your opinion and see if there is a simpler approach. I look forward to your response. Thank you

You’ll definitely need custom development for this scenario, however I would not recommend going the woocommerce route. - I need to plan workshops for individuals
- since we have companies that book an entire day I need to be able to write on the calandar (perhaps with colors) whether the day is full or still available. Let’s say green is available yellow is option red is full and orange is available for individual enrolment. Would this plugin help us or do you know which one does.

You can use our software for the cooking courses. There’s no option to color code like you’ve explained, however, each calendar cell has a text in it saying how many spots (spaces) available for the day for somebody to book, and if a company books for the whole day – it will state Fully Booked (or will stay as empty cell if you decide so).

The shortcode to display a selected calendar doesn’t work. I am using [BW_calendar id=”3”] and have got the id of the correct calendar from my “Services” table. It will only work if I use the full calendar [BW_calendar]

We purchased this plugin installed it in the plugins folder but now we have to give the path to bookingwizz. Wath a hassle! We also bought the booking system for 38$ installed that in the root as the manual mentioned. Now i’m confused. The path should then be http://www.domainname/booking/? It tried that but it doesnt work.

You shouldn’t edit the dbconnect.php file manually.
If you’re installing wordpress plugin – it will install bookingwizz for you, without the need to edit the files. Please take a look on the documentation manual – installing bookingwizz for wordpress

You can custom modify our plugin to work as on the example, but it would either require you to hire somebody, or if you know PHP/CSS – you could do it yourself.

You can add your currency through code editing only (which is easy to do), as at the moment system has only paypal supported currencies. If your currency is not on the list in settings of the bookingwizz – it means you will need to add it through the code.
As for SMS units / credits – you will have to register an account with one of the supported providers (please see description of our main product – http://codecanyon.net/item/booking-system/87919) and then you will be able to purchase credits to send sms reminders about bookings to your customers.

3. Yes, if you’ll be using “Events” functionality. So if you have 2 tours per day -> create 2 events per day and select option not to show spaces left on the calendar.

5. That’s very generic request. Can you define what do you mean by “something wrong” ? You can always just add any text in the event description..

Please keep in mind that BookingWizz for Wordpress is just an addon, a bridge between BookingWIzz (http://codecanyon.net/item/booking-system/87919) and your wordpress site – you need both, BookingWizz and BookingWizz for Wordpress if you plan to use bookingwizz on wordpress.

Pre-sales Can I use this for a bus booking system? Traveller puts address “from” and “to”, . Mileage is then calculated ( using google maps), fee is calculated by $x by mileage. Can your plugin do that?

You can create unlimited number of calendars, however customers can book either 1 date per reservation, or multiple CONSECUTIVE days. There is no option to allows customers to book NON consecutive dates at the moment.

In summary, the fix was to clear the cache of Google Chrome, the errors then didn’t appear. I am assuming this a bug with the plugin?

No, clearing cache of your browser is not our plugin’s bug. If you’ll google the error which you posted – you will see that this happens when session save path is either not set or is not writable. Glad you’ve resolved it.
