Hi, I like the plugin.. But bit confused. Let me explain my requirement and let me know weather this plugin was useful for my project or not.. I am developing a hotels list of directories website. There will be any numbers of hotels. In each hotel page I need to show the Availability Calender and the user will select the available date and then go for payment by giving some form to enter the user details and then it will go for payment.
May I know is this plugin was useful for my requirement.?

It may be suitable, but you will need to add custom functionality – so that hotel owners could login and manage their own availability, accept bookings etc. If you’re the one who will be managing all that – then there is no need to do it and system can be adapted per your scenario. HI, I’ve downloaded bookingwizz and bookingwizz for wordpress. I read and reread the instructions, but i”m still getting an error from the back end of my wordpress site. The booking folder is in my root rebootfitnessretreats.com, and the wp version is in the plugins folder. When I click on bookingwizz from the dashboard, and enter the the install directory, it says “BookingWizz was not found in specified path”.
I’ve also activate the stand alone from http://www.rebootfitnessretreats.com/booking – so I know it’s in the correct location.

You have to enter /booking/ into the path in WP when it asks for install directory.

I’m looking at getting this plugin (and Booking Wizz to go with it) but have a couple of questions first please…
- does the system allow for people in different time zones?
- can we add time between bookings? Such as 15 minutes break to get ready for the next person.
- can we adjust the look of the calendar and forms?
- I assume we can filter bookings by service or date?
- is it fully compatible with the latest Wp version? Currently we’re on 4.2.2.

I realy intrested in Booking wizz. But it depends on one feature. Is it possible to display the calender read only, so that non logged-in customer can’t make an appointment. But still can see the available dates without triggering the booking forms.

Sorry, It’s too difficult to install this one (Booking via BookingWizz WP)! First I’ve try for several times to do the step1 in wp to installing the plagin. It was too difficult to find the key to do it easy. Nobody says that I have not to use the last slash during the plagin registration in wp. So the first step I’ve took… Next I have to do the next step. But I cannot do something because I see the message: 1. Open dbconnect.php and edit mysql variables. 2. Run install.php I don’t understand what should I do. Give me please a step-by-step instuction. Best regards Catherine

Hi, I have a few Pre Sales Qs for you. (BookingWizz + WP Plugin) I’m intending on using this on my client’s site and the requirement are:
The scenario: they have a building with two climbing walls and a cafe. Each of these three services has a maximum number of people allowed at any one time. (Climbing wall one – 25 people, Climbing Wall two – 15 people, Cafe -30 people)
Users must be able to book multiple one hours slots. Eg users books 3hrs from 9am on Climbing Wall 2
Users must be able to book for multiple people (for multiple hours). Eg User books 2hrs on climbing wall two for 4 people
Users (and admin) must get email confirmation
Users will primarily pay at the premises so we dont require Ecommerce (for now at least) – can it be disabled?
Can you system provide this functionality?

Well, I’m stumped. I have 5.5 installed in www.domain.org/booking/ but when I activate the 1.4 WP plugin and try to verify the install location with a value of /booking/ I receive a message stating “No such file or directory”. Any idea what I’m doing wrong?

What I am looking for is:
1) Ability to manage bookings for a house. 2) Ability to manage changeover days – for example customer wants to book 10th April to 17th April.
Then another customer wants to book from 17th April to 24th April. 3) It maybe that a customer might want to book just a weekend…for example 10th April to 12th April…obviously this would stop any week being booked.
Can you plugin manage this?

Hi There. I’m interested in this plugin… We require it for a booking/reminder system for health and safety tests. Are these functions available:
setup recurring appointments monthly/six monthly/annual? email client and/or inspection department 2 weeks before the booking is due? be only visible if your logged into the site?

You can setup recurring monthly / semi-annual / annual events, however client’s can’t signup for the whole recurring series so to say, they have to subscribe manually to each. Reminders can be setup to be sent 2 weeks before the event starts.
As for the last point – “be only visible if you’re logged into the site” – that would have to be custom adjusted for you, as there is no such function right now.
Is it possible to set two different minimum stay options? One for mid week and one for weekends with different set change over days?

That’s weird.. our demo site runs on 4.1.1 and it is working without issues..

After uploading the folder “booking” to root and the wp plugin to the plugin folder:
