If your case scenario is to trigger a ChatGPT URL, it will work fine.

Hi, I am trying integrate PerfexCRM with Xero accounting software. Understand that the access token will expire after certain period of time, is there any way I don’t need to refresh the token and update the bearer?
You can set its expiry date to a future year, like 4024

Our module is not providing any tokens for this operation – it just contacts the prederfined endpoint upon the triggered action.
So any potential access tokens of third party tokens and their parameters, are configured by those services and this is where you need to set your tokens in a non-expiry way.

Hi! I have a question before purchasing.
I want to create a lead in Perfex CRM every time a prospect fills my WordPress website form. The form plugin I’m using is “FloForms pro”. They have the possibility to integrate it with webhooks, but they call it “FloForms to Webhook (Zapier)”. This is their description to this add-on: “The FloForms to Webhook plugin allows to connect your form with any webhook which can receive data in JSON format. Zapier is an awesome service to connect your apps and automate workflows! Below we will describe how it works with a Zapier Webhook. Zapier can be used to connect your form to hundreds of services even if no official integration exists. All without any coding required.”
I believe they mention Zapier because is the most common Webhook service, but I wanted to ask if I can achieve this (create a lead in Perfex CRM every time a prospect fills my website form) using your plugin and not using Zapier, since they subscription are quite expensive for my needs.

Thank you for your reply. As I said in the 1st message, I’m not interested in connecting Perfex CRM to Zapier. What I want is to connect Perfex CRM to a WordPress contact form called “FloForms Pro” which has the possibility to integrate it with webhooks, but I’m not sure if it’s only with Zapier or with something else, like your plugin, be that REST API or Webhooks. Will I be able to connect your plugin (be that REST API or Webhooks) with FloForms Pro without Zapier? Thank you!
Our module is not depending on any third party service.
We cannot answer a question thst is based on your skillset – however, REST API will help you create leads in Perfex CRM, yes. Leads endpoint exists there.
Same applies for Wehooks, in order to send leads data to a third party service, if needed. Leads controller is supported here aswell.

what I would like is: when I create a user in perfex that this same user is also created in other applications. and provide precise information specific to the other applications in question. can you confirm to me that it is possible with the rest api perfex module?
Please check the REST API endpoints (they do contain Customer/Contacts etc) available in the online documentation and ensure that your requirements are doable with the help of your developer and according to his skillset.
at my level this documentation does not give me more information than that.

Again, you are asking something that we wont implement for you – so the answer has to be taken from your developer.
Our module wont restrict anything in terms of URL and it accepts the following Headers, as shown in its sales information tab:
Like every webhook, it will trigger the URL and pass the needed data. What you will do with those data afterwards, is something that your developer has to take care of.

Let me clear the situation out for you, as I think that you are having technical difficulties to understand the responsibilities of your goal here (which is fine, as we are not expecting you to be fully technical aware of whats needed):
We do provide a module with a specific functionality set, which others can use in order to achieve custom goals.
All information of the available functionality is listed with parameters and details – in the sales tab of the item.
What you will do with this module is something that:
a) Has endless possibilities
b) Will be used according to your own and custom requirements
c) Will not be done by us, as support pack doesnt cover customizations
d) Will need to be analyzed by the developed who will implement it, if you are not able to technically break it down, as we are offering basic support at module’s functionality level
Thus said, again, Im insisting on a technical barrier, instead of a language one and kindly call you to brainstorm your goal with your developer.

That depends on your requirements. Our module allows you to do that, if thats what you are asking. It doesnt limit you in which service you will call.

What all can we do with this mod in our Perfex CRM related to QuickBooks?
You can use every available webhook action of it (Invoices, payments etc).
Presale question: i need to sent tahe invoice generated in Perfex to another app via their API so i want to use your module for this. But the API call nedds to have an Authorization header containing a bearer token. This token needs to be retreived by a separate request. So is it possible with your module when i save an invoice to make a request to get the token and then make another request to send the invoice, using the token from the response?

Purchased this in order to use a Webhook for Expenses. To my surprise and dissappointment, there is no Expense webhook in this plugin. Why is that?
All currently supported hooks are listed in the item’s salespage. Some of them were added in the initial version of the module and some of them in newer ones.
The reasons behind whats not included are usually lack of core hooks – but in order to have your question answered accurately, you need to ping the support team, through a support portal ticket.
