You need remove the files from the current installation, in order to avoid license lock during activation under a new instance/domain.
Once you do so from the old URL, please use the Licensing Flush tool ( its link can be found on the bottom left of New Ticket Creation link: https://themesic.com/support/ticket/new ), in order to have your license resetted through Envato Licensing API.
You will be able to activate the license at the new instance now, but please ensure that it is not active in any other instances, as that will trigger a new license lock.

Thats not something we can or we cant add.
This is a field related to the Contacts controller and Perfex CRM’s core offer it in related functions only. It is not accessible everywhere and in most cases (I.E. Items), its completely irrelevant.

i need to guarantee that it can be used to do what i need before purchase .. so ive already bought your zapier addon and configured it to work with my zapier account, but when adding the jotforms integration none of the selectable modules as options in perfex have enough fields by default to pull in my 10 page nurse onboarding form data and so im here to ask if this module can fix the missing part of the equation/logic so that i can pull the data into one of the default perfex modules such as customers, project, lead, or one of the other ones or if it could possible add the info to another module ive purchased which is the flex forms for even just perfex itself. i know this is not your module so before you give me the spill about how you dont support 3rd party modules please just atleast be optimistic about me asking if your webhooks could apply to this scenerio and if you dont have any comments on the flex form builder its ok can you just tell me if this webhooks module can pull all the data from my nurse onbarding form into either a full pdf into my projects as a file with a new customer/project created or actually pull the data and put it somewhere on perfex as a lead or something for the doctors review
recently i havent had much luck with your development department as they give me unstated one liner responses not acknowledging the nature of my request resulting in 3, 4, 5 day back n fourth on something that could be easily resolved providing they reply with a little CARE and the right info. hopefully this one will be different. its presales not a technical support request. please consult with your team to let me know if this is possible. i need to buy this module today if so.

Can we extend the module’s functionality by creating new methods in a relatively simple way (by modifying the module’s code, obviously)?
Of course you can – thats an open source code module. But that depends on your coding skills.

Do the webhook triggers also work for when an existing object is updated? The actions have an “update” option, but does this only apply to new objects (i.e. projects, staff) that are created? To clarify, if I have an existing contract and and a field is updated, can I trigger a webhook upon clicking “Save”?

Our answer was not – and cannot be specific though – as not all core hooks of Perfex exist for update actions.
