Thats true – as I wrote in my previous comment, the main difference between them is that webhooks do not need to give a request to get a response while API demands requests to get a response.

In other words, webhooks receive, while API retrieves (and sends aswell).

Okay, I read the product description but I understood that events 1, 2 and 3 would be included. In the functions in 13 – Calendar Events there is no caption number related to Supported Events.

I think the information is incorrect or not clear in the description, it would be important to review this because I bought it precisely to use the create function.

The information is accurate and correct. Available clendar hooks of Perfex CRM are specific and do exist only upon creation of the event itself.

You are probably looking forward for a REST API, in order to submit your data from your webhook to the CRM.

Webhooks module does the opposite, it sends one way data after triggered events that happen within the CRM.
