Our module works for Invoice creation triggering – yes.
You can use every end-service to complete the Invoice action, however, we cannot guide you through any third party actions or services.
Thats something you need to take care with your developer and/or the third party service.
There are dozens of services out there to connect Perfex through Webhooks module and each of them has its own requirements/way of work.

Right now update option is not available due to limited hooks of the core – however, core team will add new hooks in the upcoming versions, thus, we will provide updates for our item, including UPDATE method

Got it activated by deactivating two modules… Perfex CRM Powerful Chat and your API module. Not sure who caused the issue but I think the issue may be related to your API module.

A webhook is a lightweight API that powers one-way data sharing triggered by events, whereas an API (Application Programming Interface) enables two-way communication between software applications driven by requests.
The main difference between them is that webhooks do not need to give a request to get a response while API demands requests to get a response. In other words, webhooks receive, while API retrieves.
