Hi, Does the plugin work with the Https protocol? It seemed that not here …

Hello Vaadigm, I confirm you that the plugin works with websites that make use of the https protocol and that other users are currently using with https.

Can you please contact me via the support tab or via the profile contact form with the details or alternatively create a temporary administrative account for me? So I can inspect your website and give you more details, in case something is preventing the plugin to work properly in your specific situation a refund will be provided.

Hope this helps.

Hi, I’m currently evaluating charting packages. UberChart looks great.

Can you tell me if the charts can reasonably easy be made responsive for mobile? For example the Debt and Credit example (http://preview.codecanyon.net/item/uberchart-wordpress-chart-plugin/full_screen_preview/18480662?_ga=2.59553901.1770657745.1493919065-1514217825.1492097031)?

Thanks in advance, Mike

Hello Mike,

the plugin includes responsive options not used in that demo page.

If you want to see some examples I can record a short screencast with the Debt and Credit charts and send it to you via email, so you can see if the result is exactly what you are looking for and if it’s easy enough. In case you are interested on this contact me via the support tab.

Hi. I’m looking for a plugin that allow me to create a spider chart, or radar chart or something similar based upon the products chosen by the customer. For instance, a client is a building a custom product like a car, and when he choose a product, the radar chart changes depending on the product. In the back end, each product will have a Coefficient. Does your plugin works in this scenario ? thanks

Hello rungraphik,

I’m looking for a plugin that allow me to create a spider chart, or radar chart or something similar based upon the products chosen by the customer.

I confirm you that you can create radar charts.

For instance, a client is a building a custom product like a car, and when he choose a product, the radar chart changes depending on the product. In the back end, each product will have a Coefficient. Does your plugin works in this scenario ?

You have to create multiple charts, one for each product, and then from the post/page editor add the charts in the related product page. For each chart you have to enter the data (in your case the coefficient) in the embedded spreadsheet editor.

If you want to reuse a chart you can create a model based on your needs, then you have simply to load the model and add the chart-specific data to create your charts.

This is how to create a model:

Hello, DAEXT. I found a small bug in the demo, and probably happen also with the final product. As far as I can see, it only happens with the phone.

Regards.

Hello, DAEXT. It’s an album page, there are two screenshots. The bug is that one, when you disabled all dataset: http://i.imgur.com/dYHomcR.jpg

Also, my phone is the Samsung Galaxy S7.

Regards, Jose.

Hello, DAEXT. You’re right, I open the link through the laptop and just display one screenshot, with the phone two. Also, I try again the demo and it also happens in PC, probably I tried a different chart in the laptop and saw it right.

Regards, Jose.

Hello PlanAnime,

thank you for the details. The version in used in the demo is the first plugin release and not all the charts in the demo are optimized in terms of responsiveness. There is now an option to prevent this issue added with version 1.10 which allows to define a fixed height when it’s needed.

Hope this helps, if you need more info feel free to ask.

Hi DAEXT,

I was wondering if it was possible to populate the data using query strings?

For example: www.example.com/?value1=10&value2=20

Thanks,

Charlie

Hello Charlie,

the chart datasets are based on the data added in the UberChart -> Charts menu available in the plugin back-end. If you want to use query strings you have to manually modify the plugin to use the data from the $_GET variable instead of the data saved in the database, this can be done in the uberchart/public/class-dauc-public.php file. Please note that a deep understanding of the library used to draw the charts (Chart.js) and of this plugin is required.

Hope this helps.

Hi DAEXT,

Sorry for my nievity – I just assumed this was possible with everything.

As I haven’t even downloaded it yet (envato should be able to confirm that), would I be able to get a refund please?

Sorry, the plugin looks amazing but my plan relies on a query string being passed from another website.

Charlie

Hello Charlie, please contact me via the support tab so I can tell you exactly how to receive a refund in your specific situation.
