Hi, we can install the plugin on several different domain? Does it work even if you do not buy another license?
plugin translated to French ? (wp admin)
please check out this question.
Hope this helps.
sorry i had not seen the answer, thanks
Hi. Can I use non-full values? Example: 21,75%, 11,11% and etc.?
yes, please note that:
To resume, 21,75% should be formatted like 21.75 if added as chart data-point.
Hope this helps, if you need more info feel free to ask.
I want to know if I can import time series from excel (m:ss.000) and represent it with this plugin.
can you please share a screenshot or provide more details on the chart that you want to create? (type of chart, type of scales used on the axis, etc.) So I can provide you a precise answer.
I want to do something like this but interactive https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B8PX1oC-jql7YVNNU3EwUVlYcWM/view?usp=sharing
yes, but consider that:
In case contact me after purchasing (through the support tab) so I can send you a screenshot or an importable model to create this chart because its configuration is quite complex.
Also, if you then find that you can’t create the charts you need I will provide you a refund.
Hope this helps. If you need more info feel free to ask.
Hi there, very cool, can it sync with excel files from a google drive or drop box?
I’m sorry but currently this is not possible, the data should be manually copied and pasted from your spreadsheet editor to the spreadsheet editor embedded in UberChart.

Its possible to create a line chart with the number of users per month?
Yes, this is the simplest chart you can create with this plugin.
Will you be able to help me if I buy your plugin?
The plugin includes a manual, video tutorials and ready to use charts (the models) that you can simply load in the plugin and then alter only the data-point. If you need addition info to create your charts you can also ask via the support tab.
If you need more info feel free to ask.
Congratulations on the beautiful work !!!
presale question: How many external js files the charts create if at all? I am very interested but it is important for me to know this first. It looks great by the way. My second question is if there are any known conflicts with the plugin. Thanks.

There are no known conflicts. If after purchasing the plugin you can’t actually use it in your website I will provide you a refund.

I see it uses Chart.js. Does this plugin have the ability to parse data from any database of its native WordPress installation? I use custom post types as well as core, so I need to be able to show charts for differing data for example in a user dashboard I have created via shortcode.
- Data such as trends, hits, (like Google Analytics)
- 3rd party plugin purchases, (native Woo or other e-commerce plugins stats)
- listens/plays/views (actions)
- Core and plugin post counts (user uploads, posts and comments)
It’s a lot, but need to present as much flexible data as needed to users as authors of their individual content.
the data used by the chart should be manually added from the Charts menu (manually added or copied and pasted from a spreadsheet). Currently there is no way to use directly the data of a database table. (without exporting the data in a format like CSV for example, from which a spreadsheet can be easily generated e copied in the UberChart embedded spreadsheet editor).
Hope this helps, if you need more info feel free to ask.
Hi.Considering your package. Is it possible to pull data directly from mySQL when creating charts?

Is there a problem on mobile with the charts… I have some charts on my site that work but I have filled out data for the whole table… where some other charts I have left the data blank because we don’t have that data yet and the chart correctly stops where it should on desktop…
but on mobile the whole chart looks bellow the zero line… Its only the graphs that do not have data filled out for the all the columns.. The ones that do display fine
If you want a responsive chart but at the same time you don’t want a chart too small with mobile devices I recommend you the following procedure:
If you want a precise answer specific for your needs please contact me via the support tab and link me your charts. A temporary WordPress account which has access to the UberChart -> Charts menu would also be useful so I can verify the configuration of your charts and provide you more details.
thanks… that fixed it
Sorry, but this plugin is useless. I’ll explain the reasons why:
- Not user-friendly settings (for Datasets, Colors, Update previews, illogical settings…)
- Unusable responsive views for charts (too small charts, does not fill the available space.)
- Units can not be specified (in tooltips and more. “Value”, and “entity”...)
- It is not possible to enter a color hexadecimal.
- Description is not displayed in charts…
- There are many unnecessary settings that do not match the types of charts. Not user-friendly.
I want a refound. Sorry.
I approved the refund.
Can your chart do the following?
I want a chart for days on the X axis, but would like to default to +-3 days each week.
I would like the user to be able to define a different number of days forward and/or backward.
I would like the user to be able to scroll through the days, one at a time
I would like the chart to be able to dynamically show the units on the Y-Axis if someone were to hover over a lines point.
I would like the charts selection of data ability to be listed on the side instead of the top (clicking on and off data selections)
I would like a line to show on the graph when you mouse down and drag from one point to the next.
I would like a tool tip to show all values for a given day if a data point for that day is clicked on, or hovered over.
Is any of this possible? Thanks.
I’m sorry but these features are not available in UberChart.
I am having trouble getting the charts to appear on a site I am working on. I created some that work fine on my own site but this site being on a client’s separate hosting account I am not sure what is going on. Can I send you login info and have you take a look? If so just let me know where to send.
please contact me through the “Support” tab available in this page with the details of the issue and the credentials of the account.
UberChart has been updated to version 1.14, more information on the changes applied with this version are available in the “Updates” section of the item description.

If you have any questions feel free to ask.
Hi, i have a pre-sale question. can the value display within or above the chart instead of the hover mouse event? Thank you.
no I’m sorry, the values are displayed with the tooltips activated with the hover mouse event.
Pre-sale question. Is it possible to use the plugin on the journal’s website in a such way: we want authors who write articles to have the option of adding charts to articles. Is there an option to publish from the frontend?
the charts should be created from the UberChart -> Charts menu that is available only the in the back-end.
If you want, with the Charts Menu Capability option you can enter a capability that allows your authors to have access in the UberChart -> Charts menu. So they can create charts, get the shortcode associated with the charts and include the charts in the posts.
Hi there if I bought this would there be any addon that I could get so that the user could edit the chart from the website? Im looking to do something like this: https://www.citypost.ie/calculator.php
no, I’m sorry but this is not possible with UberChart.
Two questions: 1. is there a way to print the graphs. 2. is there a way to have limit the data set so you only see a date range that can be changed by the user?
1. is there a way to print the graphs.
Currently there isn’t a feature to print the charts.
2. is there a way to have limit the data set so you only see a date range that can be changed by the user?
No, the users can activate or deactivate specific datasets, but can’t define ranges that change the displayed data.
