which is best among MiniScanner, TS, VS ?

The difference is:
[TS] is the tesseract version. [VS] is the Vision (iOS) or ML kit (Android) version.
If you are going to use only Latin letters (not russian, arabic, chinesse, japanese, etc), then the best option for you is VS.
If you need those languages besides Latin letters (russian, arabic, chinesse, japanese, etc), then you need the TS version. VS is more faster, TS supports the majority of languages.
Think which one is more appropriate to you and you can purchase. Besides source code, you’ll have a documentation inside.

Btw, to upload the app on the App Store and use in app purchase, you have to purchase the extended version. The regular one doesn’t support that.

Unfortunately you’ll have to do a big workaround. But you can try.
I think you should create hybrid version and give dev the choice to select which api dev wants to use

what will i buy pro or lite version im confused

There’s one app, it has Lite and Pro version inside. Has configured IAP and Google Admob to generate money for you on App Store.
If user will purchase the Pro version of the app, after the logo and the name of the app will be changed to Pro. We have added a pro logo inside of project. Everything is documented.

i tried the android version downloaded from play store. it crashed soo many times when i try to take picture or add picture from gallery app crashes is there something wrong?

We can send a similar app from App Store but it uses Apple’s Vision and not tesseract, but the UI is the same, the only thing the existing version has 101 languages and for OCR uses Tesseract, you can find it here: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/id1534384410
