1. What kind of ocr API does the app use?

The app uses a Wrapper Library above of Google’s Tesseract Open Source API for iOS.

2. It is possible to extend the OCR functionality?

Yes. Te existing implementation extract text, but there exists a method to turn your image into a searchable (sandwich) PDF. Ask us how.

3. Does DocScan support multi pdf pages?

At the moment DocScan supports only single pdf page.
