I bought this a while back and its still working very well, but I am Having an issue with clearing the submissions sotred in wp_postmeta….I have reset the votes and cleared the logs on all available polls but I have 100k or so entries of recored vote data. How can I clear all this old stuff out it’s, slowing down the voting process. Thanks.

Does the Opinion Poll option (add on) allow for images? Can it have different dimensions and I presume (once it is working) I will be able to change all the colours?

Not at the moment, Opinion template does support only textual choices but you can use a more suitable template called Versus for images: https://totalsuite.net/product/totalpoll/demo/versus/

That because you set “User must vote at least for choice(s).” under question settings to 1, if you want to make the question optional, you need to set it to 0.

Unfortunately, TotalPoll doesn’t support conditional logic yet nor working offline but there is a REST API to interact with the poll which could be used to achieve offline capability.

I have ‘Scroll up after vote submission’ on, on a poll with multiple questions, with a question per page. I’d expect the page to scroll up after each question ‘vote’ is submitted but it doesn’t?

Hi! Few questions before purchase: 1) Can the results be viewed the the user itself? 2) Can I show/compare 2 results. I have the following case: Every user has to fill one survey at the beginning of the course and another one at the end of the course. 1. Yes, the user can see the results right away. 2. I think that is like a quiz, not a poll and unfortunately TotalPoll wasn’t built for such purpose.

1. TotalPoll supports membership limitation, so you can run members-only polls as you mentioned.
2. To see the details, TotalPoll provides a detailed log (which includes member information and choices and other things) that is exportable to CSV, JSON, and HTML.

Hi there, so ive purchased the charts template in the hopes that it will enable us to show users the results in chart format after voting. The issue is this pie chart is so massive that the users have to scroll down the screen to see the questions and the size function does not seem to work, Im seeing that this was free earlier, however ive just purchased it fo 14.99 USD just wondering how best to get support for this? TotalPoll is a poll plugin. You create a poll with questions and choices, integrate it into your website and users will select from the given choices.
TotalContest is a contest plugin. You create the contest (no choices) and integrate it into your website. Users will submit their submissions and other users will be able to vote on what other users submitted.
They also have different feature set serving contests or polls (depending on your need).

I bought this last 2018 and it did serve its purpose well and now I am purchasing it again this 2020 for a new project because it is extremely useful and flexible on its functionality. And the major factor why it is a value for money is that, the functionality or usage is unlimited unlike other plug-ins that limit the premium functions/features for 1 year and offers a separate product for unlimited use. The support is also knowledgeable and easy to talk to regarding the plug-in information. And I’m also buying their other plug-in TotalContest Pro since that is something I would like to try for my new project for website engagement and online activity.

HI, I need to know if I can Use this plugin to create an election for a company board: I need all voters should be logged in and allowed to vote. I nee all users must vote only one time for every election each one. I would know if the vote of each voter is open (I can red it) or it’s obscured and, in this case, how I can do to verify everything is ok. I would know if I can create multiple elections for every company’s location with different candidates. I would know if the plugin generates its own tables and if when I delete a poll every data regarding that poll is deleted. I would know if I can set the plugin to encrypt voters data. That’s possible, you just need to enable some limitations (documentation). Also, you have the access to the log where every request is logged with details.

That’s supported as well, you can as many polls as you need, there are no limitations on the features

TotalPoll uses WP tables and poll’s related data will be deleted once you delete the poll. Concerning the encryption part, could you please clarify more?

You mean obfuscating the votes log? If so, that’s possible but through a custom code (via TotalPoll hooks).

May be it’s a solution to obfuscate the log but I mean if is it possible to encrypt the data of each vote, with a unique key linked to the user, before to write it into the database. So in case of elections non one can read who voted what. I hope I’ve been more lear now. I’ll use the plugin to create a voting platform for companies which need to elect their boards. 1. You can see the results once you vote, to achieve such functionality, simple add a custom field and make it required.
2. That’s possible but you’ll need to create a custom integration, either using an action (documentation) or a webhook.
3. Unfortunately we don’t have any email template builder in TotalPoll,
4. Google Analytics integration will be available within the next week but no MailChimp integration is available yet (possible through hooks though).
5. You can customize the title and the description tag and there is a built-in Structured Data implementation. In terms of requests and performance, 2 resources are needed (a CSS file and a JS file, and there is an option to embed the CSS with the poll), then vote/results request via AJAX.
6. RTL is supported, however the Arabic calendar isn’t.
7. Sure, TotalPoll is translatable through PO files (standard WP).
8. TotalPoll offers a WP widget/Shortcode, so it’s compatible with major page builders.
9. Currently Twitter, Facebook, and Pinterest are built-in but you can introduce new services via this filter.
10. There is an add-on for that purpose.
