Excellent code, excellent support.
The interface design is attractive, the features are okay.
A little suggestion, maybe the next update can be added for notification integration using whatsapp or telegram.

This is a new support script with a fresh simple feel and look. The author has backed it up with stunning support by using his own script too. If your looking for Ticksy clone for your own server you've landed.

I purchased this item to add a support section on a subdomain on my website. Installation was a breeze. Customer support helped me quickly when I ran into a database setting issue.
The developer plans to add more features like multi-language support for the front-end. This will make it even better.
