Hi, just purchased this product and I’m happy with how it works. However I do have a question about the scaling of images. I have a theme which adjusts the format of the images to the screen it is viewed on, meaning that the whole width of the image is shown on any device. With this plugin however this scaling doesn’t seem to take place even though the summary on the product page states it is fully responsive. Is there a setting I need to change in order for the image to be shown in full width on mobile devices?

Aw you mean so that the total height of the container is reduced on mobile devices so that the fullwidth of the image is shown ?

That can be done easily . Send me a PM via my profile I’ll make a update with responsive SCALING option.

I am still having trouble with Safari and the simple parallax effect. Any ideas? cs.gethinjames.com (the third image used as a backgroun)

I’ll have a look

I had to replace parallaxer for the 3rd image because I couldn’t get it to work on the ipad.

Aw :( I was just going to check the site . Was it simple mode ? ?

Thanks!

Trying desperately to disable my purchase key on a development domain and move it to production, but with no luck. Any help?

I’ll look into it.

But for now, the limit is set to 2 domains . So test and production would be ok

Thanks!

Good plugin from what I see on your demo page. The best part is that it actually runs smoothly on IE unlike EVERY OTHER parallax effect out there. If you could make it so that it wasn’t so laggy though (I’m assuming it’s using some type of hardware acceleration) then it would be a buy for me. PLEASE consider contacting ThemeFusion the makers of Avada, the #1 selling wordpress theme and see if you can integrate it into their theme, that would be A LOT OF MONEY FOR YOU! Same thing with. Same thing with PixFort’s FlatPack Builder. If you teamed up with those two people.. shoot, you’d be rich! This is some break through technology right here and just needs to be fine tuned for performance and lag.

okay great, do you have a JS version? please make this plugin so it’s not so laggy..

I found the JS version but that one’s laggy too!

Laggy how ?

Most customers tell me it’s smooth.

What system are you using ? What browser / OS ?

Thanks!

I downloaded and installed the Parallax plugin. The second I tried to use it my website crashed? Now, I get this message when I go to my URL:

Warning: array_merge(): Argument #2 is not an array in /home/johnnyself/public_html/wp-content/plugins/dzs-parallaxer/class-parallaxer.php on line 40

Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/johnnyself/public_html/wp-content/plugins/dzs-parallaxer/class-parallaxer.php:40) in /home/johnnyself/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1196

What the heck happened and how can I fix this? I can’t even login to my site.

Send me PM via my profile I’ll send you fix

Thanks!

Hello!

I was wondering if your WP plugin can achieve a similar effect to this website: http://soyuzcoffee.com/ru/home with the bundle of small images?

Thank you so much for your time!

Cheers, Nancy

Yes, that can be achieved ( moving objects based on scroll ) but it would need some custom html ( nothing complicated )

Hi, is there any reason why I’ve created a parallax box it work on mobile devices but desktop? it just show a red loading icon when view on desktop browser. thx

It works fine. but Maybe you should optimize image ?

Loads in a long time -> http://eat.son-gallery.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/Sushi_Jul15_D3X5092-1.jpg

Also, you can try setting use_loading to off in the shortcode

[dzs_parallaxer media="http://localhost/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/l3_1_2_b.jpg" clip_height="400" total_height="600" breakout="off" direction="normal" use_loading="off" mode="normal" enable_scrollbar="off"]

But the main problem is that you are using custom scrollbar ( that does not actually ) scroll the window.

The parallaxer reads WINDOW scroll, but in your case, you are using a custom scrollbar that does not scroll the main window ( just a element ) – so basically the parallaxer code must be adapted to your custom case.

Hi, I want to take a 50/50 row and have one side with an large photo that falls off the screen. I want to offset the photo also, kinda to the left and down a bit. But every other plugin causes the image to automatically scale or it breaks out of the row. Can I do this with your plug in?

Should be fine with some extra CSS

Is there a way to disable lazy loading when adding a parallaxer via visual composer?

Hi, love the parallaxer. What’s the shortcode for the diagonal separator shown under “boxed layouts” over here? http://codecanyon.net/item/the-parallaxer-wp-parallax-effects-on-content/full_screen_preview/9594931

Hello

This is the code

[dzs_parallaxer media="http://lorempixel.com/400/200" clip_height="400" total_height="600" breakout="off" direction="normal" use_loading="on" mode="normal" enable_scrollbar="off"]<div class="dzsprxseparator--triangle top flippedXY" /><div class="dzsprxseparator--triangle" />[/dzs_parallaxer]

Great thanks

Can you use this to have images animate, as the user scrolls? Like have an image come up off the side of the screen?

Hi , have a look at : https://0.s3.envato.com/files/126629172/index-teammodule.html

is this what you want ?

Is there a way to use it with Visual Composer as background of a row that contains more than one column? TIA :-)

Not at the moment, but I can add this feature in the near future

Thanks!

Will this work on a portfolio site or on a site that has a portfolio plugin?

Sure

it should work

Love this plugin! Have been working with Thrive Theme on another project – and the parallax doesn’t work on mobile. Put this plugin on my own site and it works great!

Can you show me a link where it’s not working?

Thank you!

Hi,

Is it possible to just add a class to a specific element I want to get the parallax effect on? Without using shortcodes.

I use Headway and I use an image background on a wrapper. I can add a CSS class to it, but no shortcodes.

Thanks Steven

Hi

This is the html structure
<div class="dzsparallaxer auto-init" data-options="{  mode_scroll: "fromtop", animation_duration: "50", direction: "reverse",js_breakout: "off"}" style="border: 5px solid #111;">

                        <div class="divimage dzsparallaxer--target " style="width: 101%; height: 500px; background-image: url(img/img2.jpg)">
                        </div>
                    </div>

What is important is the dzsprallaxer auto-init class – on the main container.

and the dzsparallaxer—target on the image / element within that is moving. It’s also important that this element has a bigger height than the container.

Just thought you may like to know there is a problem in Safari 6.2.

You can’t see or access the footer row/area in the Live Demo on Home page.

You can just see the top edge of the four red circles, but can’t scroll down any further to see what is in the circles or read/see any text below.

<random issue, working again now… weird>

Hi katw,

Thanks for reporting. Oh you solved it!
