I am interested in purchasing your plugin The Parallaxer WP and I would like to confirm a few important points before I proceed.

On the homepage of this website, francegauthier.ca, there is a parallax section where:

a large background image stays fixed,

a text box is displayed on top of the image,

one or two small images are placed above the text box,

and there is also a Facebook button over the parallax section.

I would like to know if your plugin allows me to recreate this kind of layout — meaning:

a fixed or scrolling parallax background,

with multiple layers,

including text blocks, images, and buttons placed on top of the background image.

I also want to confirm the following:

Can I use the plugin multiple times on different sections of the same website page?

If I experience difficulties, do you provide help or guidance to configure the plugin properly?

Hi, I bought your Paralaxer plug-in hoping to use it within Elementor.

But it doesn’t show up at all as a widget while editing in Elementor.

Did I buy the wrong thing, or have I not installed it correctly?

I want to use parallax effect on my website. It should work for desktop as well as mobile devices especially iPhone. I was not aware that a plugin with iOS support is so difficult to find. So fortunately I came across the Parallaxer.

So I have bought the Parallaxer plugin.

Now I have some questions:

1. In the classical editor view there is kind of an integration of the Parallaxer in the page editor. But in the Gutenberg view I can not find a “Parallaxer” block in the page editor block list. Is the only way to add a parallax effect to my page via a “shortcode” block in the Gutenberg editor?

2. 3. Themes With the wordpress themes such as twenty-two, twenty-... I get my 1st parallax examples running With my theme of choice “customify” I do not get the parallax effect working. How can I get the parallax effect working with my theme “customify” of choice?

4. My 1st imperssion of the “Parallaxer” plugin The last update of the plugin was in 10 March 2019?. Did I pick the right one? Is this plugin still under development? Are there any newer plugins of your company? Or even themes with parallax and iOS support?

Hi, I have added a parallax element through Bakery on my WP site. I have set a clipping height of 800px, however the clipping height I see is only 300px. There is now way I can change that, I have tried in so many ways. The DOM elements looks like this:

I have purchased this plugin and using some of the parallax features on my site and they are working for me. But when i tried to implement the parallax mouse scroll feature from the page http://digitalzoomstudio.net/previews/wpparallaxer/index-module-features.html it is not working on my website. Everything is broken there. Can you please telle me what is the issue and how we can fix it?

I can see the parallax in my mac but it won’t work in iPad. How to solve the problem?

Hi, I just bought the plugin and I have some doubts:

1. the item purchase code (if I want to enable automatic updates) is not valid. “error: purchase code not valid”

2. after installation and obviously activation, I do not see anywhere (article and/or page) any integration code or shortcode.

Wordpress 5.5.3, and Enfold.

Hi Radu, can you get the plugin working as an extension for the elementor plugin ? We build many sites using elemntor and would love to use your plugin as well.

Having just upgraded Wordpress to 5.5. it seems to have broken the parallax effect. First thought this might be because of the added lazy loading feature by Wordpress, but after disabling this it still won’t show a parallax effect. Can you confirm this is the cause of it?

Hi, I’m using the Pro version with the Zephyr theme and WPBakery. I have licensed it and activated it. Unfortunately none of the demo imports work. Additionally, I can’t seem to find a clear tutorial for making a 3d parallax background with WPBakery. Can you please advise? Thanks.
