I have two problems:

1 How can I stop the animation continuing after the scrolling has stopped? I have tried adding duration=”0” to the shortcode but it is not working.

2 How can I remove whitespace between parallaxer sections and the top of the page? See here: http://greensunsolutions.com/test/

Hello, I have a problem with a background image of a row which is not resizing on mobile view on iPhone. Hope you can tell me if your add-on for WPBakery can fix this?

This plugin does not work with visual composer. I would like a refund please.

I would like to control the speed of the parallax effect. Right now, it seems to go very fast. I see other comments about this but am unclear as to the solution. One response seems to required editing the JavaScript, but that only gives a number and doesn’t describe how it relates to speed. Ideally, I would like the flexibility of modifying just the shortcode to adjust the speed so that I can try different settings out.

pre-sale question: will WP version allow me to make text scroll horizontally in either direction? Also is there a complete list of setting options available?

This week we have purchased and installed the DZS Parallaxer WP. Within our setup we are using Visual Composer, which is supported by the plug-in.

However, we run into a couple of issues:

- When we add a Visual Composer Parallaxer element, we like to add content using the Text box. However, this content doesn´t become visible. Only if we switch the mode to ‘simple’, the content becomes visible. The other modes, seem to position the content out of the box on the right side. - At the moment it isn’t possible to apply the Parallaxer as a ‘Visual Composer Row background’. In that way we aren’t able to add Visual Composer elements as content on a parallaxed background. - Do you have any suggestions in general, to get this plugin working within the Visual Composer setup?

The setup we are using at this moment: Wordpress/The7 Theme/Visual Composer/Massive Addons/Ultimate Addons/Visual Composer All in One

We like to implement DZS Parallaxer on our pages, because other plugins show shaky parallaxing on mobile devices.

Hi, I purchased this plugin (the wordpress-version), but it is not working at all. On the edit-page the Parallaxer button is there, and when clicked a window appears in which I can choose the media and set some parameters (as shown in the video that I watched). But then the red button that should insert the shortcode doesn’t do anything – nothing happens.

Hi I wanted to know if I can get a refund for the html version of parallaxer? I didn’t see that there was a wordpress version.

Also how do I add a parallax block? I’m trying to recreate some of the elements on the demo site however the documentation is not very detailed.
