Your plugin looks amazing. Is it possible to filter using multiple conditions? For a real estate website I would like the user to be able to filter using 2 or more categories, ie: “house + garden” Or we can only choose between “house” and “garden” ?
On this link I can only click 1 category but not multiple ones: https://theme-one.com/the-grid/slider-layout/Would you have an example showing that scenario ? Thank you very much in advance.
Hello,
The Grid is not a dedicated filtering plugin. It is therefore limited for the filtering part. You should take a look at an advanced filtering plugin for that: WP Grid Builder.

Hello,
Yes, you need to sort by custom fields (metadata): https://theme-one.com/docs/the-grid/#filter_settings

is it possible to use a skin from theGrid to display the apparent products? https://we.tl/t-Isxs7b6ofu
Hello,
To display related posts in a grid it requires to customize the query: https://theme-one.com/docs/the-grid/#query_filter

Hello,
Your link is not working. Thank you.

Hello,
You need to order by custom field (_price) for WooCommerce products.

Hello, Before buying a new lience for a woocommerce. I would like to know if it is possible to create a grid with all the products that: 1.shows related products 2. Displays a filter bar like https://www.sephora.fr/shop/soin-visage/demaquillant-et-nettoyant/lotion-tonique-c7681/ 3. In addition, is there a possibility to sort the products in ascending / descending order according to the price?
Hello,
Unfortunately, this is not possible to achieve that with The Grid. You should take a look at a filtering plugin instead of a grid plugin.

Hi there, I have some pre sale questions as your plug in looks great.
1- Is it possible to achieve the exact same result that you can see here: https://demo.proteusthemes.com/shaka ? scroll down to ” OUR TRIPS “
2- Is it possible to customize, the arrow buttons that you can see on the left and right.
3- Would it be possible to customize the blocks with prices and description the same way?
4- If it is quick, would you be able to mock-up a little example to show me how close you can get to this reference?
Thank you very in advance. Adrien
Hello,
Unfortunately, this is not possible to reproduce the exact same result. What you want to achieve requires a lot of customization with CSS/HTML.
Themeone
Thanks for your answer. Would you be able to tell me what is not possible to reproduce exactly? Thanks in advance.
Just FYI I can’t try see your website on my phone, your ads take the entire screen and I can’t even click on the cross to close it.
The settings for lightbox list “Easy Fancybox” in the link but the actual settings are looking for the plugin “Fancybox for Wordpress”. It would also be nice if you could choose what is shown under the image in the fancybox, would be nice to have the caption instead of the photo title/filename
Hello,
I don’t see any problem in the plugin settings. The plugin is https://fr.wordpress.org/plugins/easy-fancybox/ and it is the one mentioned in The Grid.
Themeone
Line 469 of grid-settings is checking for fancybox-for-wordpress not easy-fancybox… $fancybox = (is_plugin_active( ‘fancybox-for-wordpress/fancybox.php’)) ? null : ‘disabled’;
I have Easy Fancybox installed and it is not giving it as option, so i dug into the code, and thats what i found for the most recent version
Everyhting is fine. I do not see any mistake.
Themeone
The grid is checking for https://wordpress.org/plugins/fancybox-for-wordpress/ not wordpress.org/plugins/easy-fancybox/
Hi, I am trying to set up youtube video like this sample https://theme-one.com/the-grid/youtube-3/, but it shows error, you didn’t authorize the grid to connect to youtube. Can you please help. Thanks.
Sorry, I figured out that I need to add api key in the settings.
How do I make the videos look nice like your sample?
Thanks

Hi. I’d like to use The Grid only on the “Posts”. But it does shows in — Pages, Products (Woocommerce) detail pages.. Is there any way we can exclude The Grid from them? Thanks.

Hello I have a showcase which is hidden from Vimeo but set to display on my domains so it works well. Can I get this to work the same in the grid as you say that private videos don’t work but they do on domains? I am happy to renew support if this can be done as I prefer to use the grid.

Hello,
Unfortunately, private videos from Vimeo can’t be displayed in grid. Thank you for your understanding.

Me gustaría hacer un Grid de 3 imágenes que le siga un boton de “cargar mas” que pueda cargar otras 3 fotos más. ¿Es posible? Llevo varias horas intentándolo y no soy capaz.
Gracias
Hello,
We only speak English here. Thank you.
Themeone
Really?
Google Translate: I would like to make a 3-image grid that follows a “load more” button that can load 3 more photos. It’s possible? I’ve been trying for several hours and I can’t.
Thank you

What a shame!
I bought this plugin and in order to answer a simple question, do you want me to pay you more? (You’re freaking out)
It is clear that you are just as lazy to translate a couple of lines as to answer your clients.
Relax, fortunately there are plenty of Grids plugins that serve more professionally.
What’s the difference between The Grid – Responsive WordPress Grid Plugin and WP Grid Builder – Basic on https://wpgridbuilder.com/ ? Both are 1 year licence ?
Hello,
It’s 2 different plugins. The Grid allows to layout grid and the other one allow to filter content.

I am looking for a plugin that allows me to display my blog posts in a grid like that : https://www.worldelse.com/ section DECOUVREZ which one to choose ?
and I need to apply a filter by category
Hello,
Here you are on presale question section of The Grid. And, you can take a look at the demos to check if it correspond to your needs: https://theme-one.com/the-grid/kampala/. About the other plugin, you need to directly ask to the plugin author. Thank you for your understanding.
Themeone
Is it possible to achieve this kind of layout without having to put images into posts as featured?

I discovered that it can be done in preview mode. Thanks.
I’ve noticed ‘Custom Post Order’ plugin doesn’t work with The Grid, and hoping for another solution. Is there a way to change post order manually? Without having to change the date for example.
Hello,
Any plugin using menu_order feature of WordPress will work.

I got it to work, thank you.
Is it possible to set up a grid as a template, and then decide which images are showed on a post level? Meaning, each post will use the same grid but display it’s own set of images? Tried to do that with ‘The Grid – Item Format’ box, but the grid shows all the media on my site no matter what.
My posts need just a simple image gallery, but I don’t want to create separate grid for every post. Rather I want one grid and then set images on the post edit page.
Hello,
You can use this PHP filter to dynamically modify a query: https://theme-one.com/docs/the-grid/#query_filter
Themeone
So without custom coding I’d have to create separate grid for every post, correct?
This leads me to another question: What is the ‘Gallery’ tab in ‘The Grid – Item Format’ box for (the one on post editing page)? I can add images there, but where and when will they be displayed?
Yes. Post Formats panel present in each edit post page allows to set a post format to the post: https://theme-one.com/docs/the-grid/#media_settings

Hello,
I’m using your plugin and it’s working great! I’ve had only a small issue if you can help…basically my WP site is connected to a openERP software where posts are published.
If I don’t update manually these posts on my WP website they don’t show on the grid…can you please help?
Thank you in advance, Patrizia
Hello,
You certainly have a caching issue. Please make sure to clear cache after any change. You can also disable The Grid cache in the plugin settings.
Themeone
pre sales: is it possible to load a gallery in a light box using a click on a button?
Hello,
Unfortunately, this is not possible.
