Over the weekend you fixed my plugin twice in which you had to install and additional two plugins to make the purchased plugin work. You tell me its fixed. Today I see broken code similar i the admin dashboard and I cant get user register to work. I do not want two more plugins on my website as this is not in the desription or required when I bought the plugin. I now have additional errors and this support plugin is buggy.

Please refund me via Paypal today. I have deleted your buggy plugin from my website. This is non negotiable. If you do not issue a refund I will go through themeforest even though its time consuming and do so myself. I will also leave a less than favorable review if the refund does not come within 24 hours which is long enough. If you refund in time I will not leave any review at all. Thanks

You can use any contact form plugin like Gravity form. When a visitor/customers will fill the forms, it generates ticket automatically. You can connect your form with the ticket system by mailbox or webhook.

In that case, you need to use the Email Piping option. Any user can fill a contact form using any 3rd party contact form plugin like Contact form 7, WP Forms, etc. and it will generate a ticket for that user automatically.

Each ticket will be generated with a unique ID.

I am running the tests in the demo but I see that the emails do not arrive. This does not work?

Hello Somehow I missed your message. Here are the answers -

1. Currently, All tickets are private until anyone makes them public. But, soon we will add an option to hide the public ticket option. Possibly in the next version.

2. You can turn off a registration from WordPress Dashboard > Setting.

3. We will add the WooCommerce feature in the next few months.

Presale Questions: 1) Can I customize the registered users profile and add more fields? that appears to the users where they can update it? including photos like to upload his ID card for example?

2) by any means is there a way to have a chatting support that converts the chat to a ticket attached to the users account, or if non registered user it is sent to his email?

3) Is there a way to make the registration pending? till it is approved by the admin?

4) Is there anyway or even a third party plugin that sends notification when receiving nee ticket or reply?

5) Is there a mobile version where we can access the ticketing system through mobile?

Hello Thank you for your questions.

1. There is no option for profile customization. You can use 3rd party plugin for the profile customization. 2. Yes, we have the email to ticket option. You can add one of your email as a mailbox in Support Genix. If any email reaches to this email, it will convert to a ticket. (registration is not required) 3. It is not a task of a ticketing plugin. There are many 3rd party plugin that serves this purpose. 4. Our plugin has the email notification option. You can set notifications for Admin/Agent/Customers on ticket creation, reply, and closing. 5. Support Genix is responsive and works well with mobile devices as well.

Hello Thank you for your question. Yes, It should work. You may need to use the Shortcode [supportgenix] and add a language switcher in header or Footer.

Ok. In edge it works now, in chrome not. Now my pre-sale questions: - Where can i see the tickets in admin view? - Is it possible to build up different Ticketforms for the front-end? (Need one for test-registration and one for support-questions) - Can I configure the ticket form absolutely free? (I do not need public tickets and so on. so I don´t need the public-switch.

1. Admin can manage ticket setting from WordPress Dashboard. 2. To view tickets, (Admin/Agents/Customers) will need to visit the ticket page. 3. You can create forms using any contact form plugin or you can use our default ticket from included in this plugin. Both will create new tickets.

I like what I see but have one question that confuses me: Where does the Agent (not admin or user) operates from? I mean, where can the agent see an overview of tickets that are signed to him? And where can the admin see an overview of all tickets and sign them to agents? Its like there either is and admin entrance consisting only of setting OR a user login, where you can create tickets and see own created tickets. Pls reply soon as possible:) Thx

1. Admin/Agent can manage tickets from the same page where a customer see the tickets. An agent will be able to see his tickets only.

2. Admin can manage ticket setting from WordPress dashboard. I would request you to check the video tutorials and documentation from our website.
