I bought this plugin from their website and its been a hassle since. It doesnt grab values from the theme so anything you do has to be over writen with custom CSS.

There is a lot of bugs in the platform.

I cant even activate a lisence as it says invalid request and the support speaks to me like I’m stupid.

The knowledge base is buggy and displays funky, there’s no short code that I can find for it.

It feels as though this was hastly put together.

This way, the support agent only sees the tickets assigned to them. 3 – Can ticket numbers be sequential? 4 – When integrated with WooCommerce, is the ticket generated with the same WooCommerce order number?

Another question please, does the agent backend accept ACF fields? I have some special custom fields that need to be showed to the agent in order to get info for the ticket.

ACF Fields in Agent Backend: The agent backend does not support ACF (Advanced Custom Fields). However, you can use Support Genix’s built-in custom fields feature to add as many fields as you need for your tickets.

Email Piping Feature: Yes, the “Email Piping” feature allows you to sync your customers’ emails with your tickets. When you set up an email address for “Email Piping,” any emails sent to that address will automatically create a ticket. You or your agents can then respond to these tickets from Support Genix, and your customers will receive responses in their email. Additionally, customers can reply directly from their email without visiting the site. We also offer a Hotlink feature, which you can use to allow customers to reply directly from your support portal via a unique link included in the email template.

You can use a Membership plugin to hide the ticket package. Only paid users from specific plan will be able to create the ticket.

Hello. We appreciate the corrections that have been made. Another significant issue that needs to be addressed is the inability to make any edits to comments. This is a very serious thing because usually in support link exchange sites and it seriously ruins SEO as third party links should be controlled at least by the admin . 1. No possibility to edit comments . My site has dropped in ranking because customers are leaving links and I can’t even remove or change them . Support said they will add this in the future but I guess it won’t be that soon . 2. Users with expired support can still create comments and it is required to constantly check that support is up to date . 3. The support team is not in a hurry if fixing any problems and I have to constantly write to them personally .

It has good potential but too many critical defects that need to be fixed as soon as possible .
