The plug-in is intuitive to use and worked as intended, but I needed help customizing one specific template. WebCodingPlace and one of their programmers, Fayaz, was very responsive, knowledgable, and patient with me as I tried to explain what I needed. He completed my request in a very timely manner as well as answered additional questions I had that were not directly related to the customization. I was impressed by his helpful, friendly, and positive manner. Thank You!

This is an excellent plugin. It is trouble free and works as it should. Customer support when I installed it was excellent. I have not needed support since as the plugin just works!

The worst customer support I've ever faced on Envato!
They even don't read your message complete.. Their reply is broken English and the result of what they do for you is nothing that you've asked!
The manager/team leader assigned the task directly to one of the support team members to attend to my ticket and mentioned
"Do it on priority as we’ve already delayed it too much." but now it's 5 days and no one is out there to reply back!

Great support and a very cool and useful plugin. I had a small styling issue in the admin area which the author sorted out pronto... outstanding!
