I have noticed that an operator not can close the chat. Only public user have that option.
Also an chat transcript send to the user i dont find.
Maybe i overlooked or if not it would be a nice addon and improving the live chat.

I have set all the relevant folder permissions as per the installation information. ONLY when I turn the .php hide feature OFF in the .htaccess file, does it work.

The application gets installed on your own web server, therefore it will affect its resources. You can, however, install the chat on another server and then use it on your main website (cross-domain embedding is supported). In this case, your main server resources wouldn’t be affected by the chat.
This version doesn’t have a mobile application support. However, the “Pro” version (https://codecanyon.net/item/php-live-chat-pro/19932933) does have an Android application.

Cross-domain support means you can install the application on a different server than the one where you embed the widget. This can be used to handle multiple websites using a single administration panel or to simply separate the chat installation from your main website. Unfortunately, that’s not supported using a single installation. For such use, the only solution is to create a separate installation (with a separate database) for each of your restaurants.

This version isn’t a WordPress plugin, but still can be used with a WordPress website, however, it has its own administration panel with separate login page.
There is also a WordPress version available, however, it doesn’t include the latest updates.
I would mostly recommend the $29 “Pro” version. Although not a WP plugin too, it has much more features and includes an Android mobile application. It also can be used with WP website, but with its own dashboard.
I see you updated the pro one to load asynchronously what do I need to change to load this one asynchronously as well? Please don’t say to buy the pro version as now I have no need for those extra features, files/video etc, maybe much much later for the app. Thanks

I have checked your chatting script. It looks nice. I want a similar chatting system in a multi vendor store. So users can chat with sellers. I want to display an icon in product detail page. Clicking on the icon should open chat window. Customers can then chat with seller. Please let me know if your chatting script will support this. You may need to do some customization to implement in our store. Please let me know the total cost if it is possible
Unfortunately, such use would be only possible with multiple installations of the chat. Completely separate channels of communication (for each vendor in your case) aren’t supported in a single instance.
I have purchased & using this chat box for sometime now. Its great with all the features added to it as it fulfills all the basic requirements of a chat box. However I wanted to know if we can add the mail chat transcripts option to this code script. I just need this one feature to be worked on. It would be very helpful if you can provide me any tips or code to do so.
