This version doesn’t have mobile devices support. However, the $29 “Pro” version (https://codecanyon.net/item/php-live-chat-pro/19932933) has support for a mobile application, which can run in the background and displays status bar notifications.

I have noticed that an operator not can close the chat. Only public user have that option.
Also an chat transcript send to the user i dont find.
Maybe i overlooked or if not it would be a nice addon and improving the live chat.

I have set all the relevant folder permissions as per the installation information. ONLY when I turn the .php hide feature OFF in the .htaccess file, does it work.

The application gets installed on your own web server, therefore it will affect its resources. You can, however, install the chat on another server and then use it on your main website (cross-domain embedding is supported). In this case, your main server resources wouldn’t be affected by the chat.
