Can buddypress members chat privately?
You can easily translate the widget via the administration panel (Settings tab). However, administration panel itself doesn’t have translation support and it would need to be translated by editing HTML files manually.
Application allows for visitors to chat with operators (all talks are private). Visitor-visitor talks are not supported, only visitor-operator ones.

Unfortunately, I’m not planning to have such feature built into the chat itself. However, you could embed the chatting widget on a restricted section of your website, which would be accessible only to those who paid.

Still same issue. In desktop everything is working fine, but mobile (HTC, IPhone, Apple IPad etc.,) audio (notification sound) is not working. Please try it on your mobile as a customer. Kindly try to revert with the positive result.

Still the same issue. Audio is not working on mobile, both even front-end and back-end. If require FTP details, i will share to you, please check. It is very urgent. Because of this issue operators are not responding properly to customer. Operators are using iPad and smart mobiles.

1. You can create unlimited operators. Departments, however, are not supported by the application.
2. Cross-domain usage means you can install the application on a different server/domain than the one where the widget is embedded. 1. On the same website/domain you can embed the widget how many times you want. If you’d like to use the application on other websites/domains, then additional licenses should be purchased for each one.
2. You can set initial short message that’s displayed before the chat, however, there’s no special feature to include FAQ inside the widget.

Unfortunately, file sharing isn’t available. It’s on my to-do list for future versions.
In the client dashboard, I want to do the name and email should automate. It mean that after login by the client into his / her dashboard the username and email should come from my existing database.. Can I set like this? Since a wizard of code is adding in the panel how it will collect the few defined values?
Did you use any frmework to develop this application?
Application uses custom-made MVC framework. If you’d like to automate how name & email are provided, you would need to modify the source code yourself manually – unfortunately, there’s no built-in support for that.

Hi. Application itself doesn’t support integration with 3rd party scripts (there’s no special API for example). However, full source code is included in the package – if you have enough programming skills, you should be able to integrate it with any other software.

hi, the original floating bar is too big, obviously not suitable with my theme, are you be able to add an option to use the avatar logo or any customize logo instead of that stupid “talk to us” floating bar ? or if you can advise us how to do it by ourself ?
Unfortunately, there’s no built-in support for this. This could be done manually with additional code (which would display your custom button/icon and interact with widget’s iframe). If you’re interested in such customization, please contact me via private message.
