Hello, My boss purchased this product and when I installed it, it looks like when you close the user chat tabs and open them again, the chats are not displayed anymore. Isn’t it supposed to work like the history tab wherein when you click the name of the user, the chat messages are displayed? I need to hear from you how to fix this.

Cheers, Ryan

is that a way to translate it in french

Hello, thank you for contacting.

You can easily translate the widget via the administration panel (Settings tab). However, administration panel itself doesn’t have translation support and it would need to be translated by editing HTML files manually.

Hello, thank you for contacting.

Please private message me a link to your installation and links to the pages where you’re trying to embed the widget. I’ll try to help you soon.

Kind regards,

Does it work with WordPress and Betheme?

Hello, you can use it with any website or CMS. Base installation is the same everywhere. After that, you only need to embed the widget on your pages. Here you can find instructions on how to embed the widget on WordPress:

Hello there,

I would like to buy this script. Is there an option to see a functional demo before I buy? Also, can I use a single installation on multiple websites and offer it to my clients? I am using Snapengage.com and would like to use something of my own. Let me know if this would be a good option.

Hello, thank you for contacting.

Unfortunately, there’s no online demo available.

If you’d like to offer this application to your clients, you should purchase a separate license here for each of your clients.

Installing the application on a single server and embedding the widget on multiple websites is possible. However, for each website, a separate license should be purchased.

Do you think it would be too hard to adapt this plugin for laravel framework?

Hello, thank you for contacting.

It would definitely require some work. At least the controllers layer would have to be rewritten. Probably also database abstraction class and authentication. Depends on how much integration you need. Unfortunately, if you’d be planning to do so, I wouldn’t be able to assist.

Does this livechat works with just a simple html website?

Hello, thank you for contacting.

Yes, you can use it on pure HTML website. However, your server still needs to have PHP & MySQL in order to install the backend.

Yes you can find a video tutorial here:

does it support RTL? how about multi languages ?

Hello, thank you for contacting.

You can easily translate the widget via the administration panel (Settings tab). However, administration panel itself doesn’t have translation support and it would need to be translated by editing HTML files manually.

Unfortunately, this version doesn’t support multi-language use, but the recently released “Pro” version (the $29 one) does support multiple languages in a single installation. Additionally, it has full translation support (for both widget and administration dashboard), so I would recommend the new version instead.

About RTL – there’s no special setting for it, but this could be done by adding a single attribute (dir=”rtl”) to the root HTML tag (you could contact me after purchase for help with this).

Hi, where I can find the pro version, my website is opencart, could you help for installation ?

Hello, here’s a link to the “Pro” version:

Also, here’s a note on how to embed the widget on OpenCart pages:

Installation service isn’t included, however, if you’ll run into any problems during installation, feel free to contact me via private message.

Hi, I have installed it on my web. It went fine until I tested it. After 1 or 2 chat the live chat on customer computer was suddenly offline, even tough the operator still online. Please help.

Hello, just replied to your email.

Hi, the chat search the database every 5 seconds to see if there are new conversations?

Hello, thank you for contacting.

That’s correct. The HTTP request also keeps the logged in user alive and checks the status of online guests.

Kind regards,
mirrormx

That means that the chat consumes the resources of the hosting faster than normal. As I do not have a super hosting, to have the chat the web page and the entry of the emails does not work well because while the chat is open the hosting works very slow for lack of recourse.

Do you have any solution to this?
