Cool PHP Form and a super fast support in technical cases.
First of all, I'm not a professional PHP programmer, actually a novice. Yet the code is easy to read and well documented (code itself as well as usage of the class).
When support is needed, Giles will help (to a certain extend, obviously).
Allot of other useful classes are delivered with phpformbuilder, but their usage requires a certain folder structure that doesn't quite fit my folder setup. The (seemingly) hard-linked structure makes it 4 stars instead of 5, but it might also be my lack of knowledge!

Thanks for your rating. About the folder structure: you can put the phpformbuilder folder at any place in your existing file tree, you then just have to include the loader (autoload.php) with the correct path leading to it: https://www.phpformbuilder.pro/documentation/help-center.php#warning-include_once

Excellent form builder I had tried a few and all were useless until I found this one by Giles, I can't fault it. The customer support is five-star! Always polite courteous and willing to help, and I never had to wait long for a response.
