I purchased the MD Slider and tried to register with their site in case I needed support. I entered the purchase code that came from themeforest into the registration form. The registration form said it was invalid.

I used their contact form to explain the problem. On sending the resulting page said "Unable to send email. Contact site administrator" & also "Your message was sent".

I received no confirmation email, so I am thinking the first message was correct. So having bought the product, if I need support, I can't get it it would seem.

This is very poor customer support if you can't use their contact form to let them know there is an issue registering on their site with what should be a valid purchase code. :-(

Although the installation procedure is not correct, the module is absolutly worth its money. To install the module it is necessary to also install the Drupal module ICME (dependency).

This is an great product. And their customer support is extremely helpful answering questions and providing a resolution. Thank you

After the update it works well again with Drupal 8.4. I hope it will work with Drupal 8.5 which will be released in March.

I purchased the item, it didn't create it's block as it should be, i opened a ticket and provided all information as requested in the same day of the purchase.
More than one month passed from the support period without any support or any reply to my ticket!
There is no point from 6 months of support if you are not supporting people!

excellent module and documentation

It's ok - not responsive though. Requires a lot of tweaking to get right.

Very disappointed with the Drupal 8 version. It's full of bugs :

- No preloader before the slider is set up

- All layers (md-objects) are displayed in a pile at the top left corner of the container, before the slider starts. This looks dirty

- We can see all the background slide images being loaded before the slider starts. This looks very dirty too

- Fade animation for the layers don't work (no error thrown in console)

- Bug with selections of layers. From time to time when we select one layer, the previous layer stays selected

- No HTML input possible

There are plenty of other slider components that are free to use and working better than this one.

The Drupal 8 version was released months ago and is not maintained. (No update since).

Many of FREE modules on Drupal's community are more often updated than this one.
