I purchased the MD Slider and tried to register with their site in case I needed support. I entered the purchase code that came from themeforest into the registration form. The registration form said it was invalid.

I used their contact form to explain the problem. On sending the resulting page said "Unable to send email. Contact site administrator" & also "Your message was sent".

I received no confirmation email, so I am thinking the first message was correct. So having bought the product, if I need support, I can't get it it would seem.

This is very poor customer support if you can't use their contact form to let them know there is an issue registering on their site with what should be a valid purchase code. :-(
