Almost non-existent customer support, and lack of continued development. They have a lovely html theme, but provide inadequate documentation on how to identify SVG x/y coordinates in order to use the theme. And they promised numerous times in the comments for the theme that they'd be updating the theme with the most recent version of the plugin itself - never happened. They also hinted at a WordPress version of the theme - also never materialized. This plugin has so much potential. But with the lack of support, it's useless on a corporate level.

Until today not usable, support does not help
I have a huge issue with floors in this plugin. When I add one floor with an SVG map and then add a second one with an SVG map it treats both maps as the same and does not let me add new locations in parts of the second or the first floor as it has already been reserved! I can't understand why this happens, it is truly frustrating. I wish I could get a response from the developer or developer team about this problem
Tech support is slow. They cannot understand what the client wants from them.

After a certain number of landmarks, the map refuses to be displayed on my site. I informed customer service almost two weeks ago of this problem and no solution has been provided to me yet. Long story short, I've spent hours making a map that doesn't work and customer service doesn't seem to care. Inadmissible.
Excellent product with excellent support. Look no further for your perfect plugin, I've bought several licenses.
Over issues based on no reason. Blows my mind that I cannot even duplicate a map listing????? I have to add a new one Every. Single. Time. then change the colors again and any other settings. What????? Not to mention can't geolocate on all maps. Crazyyy

There's a built-in 'Duplicate' feature for location, you might have missed it.

The new version of the plugin works fine, and it solved an issue when displaying the map on mobile devices. Good job! I highly recommend this product.
It is so complicate, not intuitive. I have been greatly disappointed.
