Hi, I just purchased your countdown and uploaded all file and folders, but I am getting a 404 page not found error. You can check it ai glamourlounge.it/cd/example.html. Dp You have any suggestion?

Thanks, Guido

What files exactly did you upload? Can you show me a list? Names of files and folders, please.

Hi, if for You is ok I can send you credentials to access via FTP…

Hi I purchases a while back and it is working great. You can see it here: http://www.americareimagined.com/ My client is very happy with it as am I. My question is, can this clock count forward also? My client wants the clock to count forward after the countdown target date, I’m guessing not since since it is a countdown clock. Thanks for a great product.

Thanks!

Thank you for the purchase and for the nice words. If you put a target_date that has already passed and set target_future to false, then the countdown will count up :). If you put a target_date in the future, but leave target_future to false, then the tool will count down, reach 0 and will count up (complete event will not fire though). Here is an example (footer area) http://dotstudio.co.uk/game/pl_high_scores.php. Your site looks really nice and the countdown fits in beautifully. Please rate my item. It helps me a lot. You can do that in your account’s “downloads” section.

Thank you… awesome and easy to do!

I see your countdown is not showing now. That is because target_future is still true. If you need more assistance, please write me to rimisark_74@yahoo.com. Also, please leave a rating.

Guys, is this new “trending item” icon affecting your choice?

It’s not working for me. I saved my .htm file into the folder that i downloaded next to your sample pages. Is that ok or do I have to upload it to my website for it to work?

Thank you for the purchase. Please upload your page and if it still has issues, send me a link to rimisark_74@yahoo.com

Have you had any issues with IE11? There seems to be some compatibility issues with IE11. I’n the debugging tool, IE11 says “Object doesn’t support property or method “getContext” in jquery.responsive_countdown.js file.

What’s the fix for this?

I hope you managed that issue. I see it working on my IE11. If not send me email at rimisark_74@yahoo.com

Thanks Chris. The issue seems to be isolated to my browser. I don’t have any compatibility view settings added. I don’t see the problem on other computers so I’m not going to worry about it too much. It seems to be working fine in IE11 overall, Chrome, FF and Safari.

The other issue that is more recent is the clock doesn’t appear for some people until they hit refresh. Then it appears. I have experienced this issue in IE11 on other computers.

I’m sending you the link to your email address.

I sent you some time ago some thoughts what the issue might be.

How do you make it so that the countdown timer stays on screen at 00:00:00 after its done the countdown or make it reset ? it disappears from my website after the countdown is complete and I have to restart it manually. Thanks.

Nice, thanks! Will send you the code now.

Thanks for the fast reply!

I can’t say enough positive things about this Code Canyon coder. First their code worked great for me right out of the gate.

Second, when I asked for assistance with a license he replied right away and hooked me up (another coder for a similar project took longer to reply and didn’t solve my problem)

Third, I made a feature request and within 24 hours he sent me updated code that did just what I asked.

On top of all of this, the guy was on vacation when I emailed him and he still took time to respond.

I would have paid 10x what I paid. So I’m trying to even out the scales by saying what a great job this coder has done.

Thank you for the kind words!

Guys, I will be away for like 8 days. I will check your comments, but maybe once or twice per day at the most.

I am back, guys :) !

The timer works fine on Firefox, but doesn’t work at all on Chrome. Can you help… It’s kinda urgent.

Thanks for the purchase. Can you please send me a link at rimisark_74@yahoo.com. I will investigate for you.

I figured it out. The target_date was set to 7/8/2014 at 24:00:00. It works in Firefox but in Chome it works only if i set the date to 7/9/2014 at 00:00:00.

I see. Yes it was designed to work for hour values ranging 0..23. I am glad you made it!

Great script. Very easy customization and with all the options you can need or want. Works perfectly. And for any doubt great and fast support system who has helped me in all I asked for. Very recommended.

Thank you very mich!

Hi, Very good script. One question I have is this possible after the end of the counter a banner to display? MFG

Wanted me to thank, works well with the image after the end of the counter.

Thank you so much

I am glad it worked! Sorry for being a bit slow :). We got a 2.5 months kid that consumes us all :). Can you please leave a rating for my item. Every positive feedback helps me a lot.

Thank you for the rating!

Thank you for the rating, starterfirm!

It wont work on oneup theme!!! on the splash section, can u give me some advice on it!!!

Thank you for the purchase. Can you please send me an email to rimisark_74@yahoo.com with more details? Oneup is WP theme I think and this is not WP plugin, but I can assist you resolve your issues.

Ridiculous price! I would have paid far more

The easiest and quickest set up for a countdown on Codecanyon

5 stars :)

Thanks man! Price was $6. I asked for reduction so it is more competitive.

Is there a way to have it just count up or down in hours:Minutes:Seconds, and exclude the days. If I hide the days, it doesn’t add to the hours countdown.

Thanks for the rating!

$(”#first_countdown”).ResponsiveCountdown({ target_date:”2020/1/1 00:00:00”, time_zone:0,target_future:true, set_id:1,pan_id:1,day_digits:2, fillStyleSymbol1:”rgba(79, 75, 70, 1)”, fillStyleSymbol2:”rgba(199, 199, 199, 1)”, fillStylesPanel_g1_1:”rgba(255, 255, 255, 1)”, fillStylesPanel_g1_2:”rgba(214, 205, 206, 1)”, fillStylesPanel_g2_1:”rgba(212, 60, 60, 1)”, fillStylesPanel_g2_2:”rgba(150, 14, 18, 1)”, text_color:”rgba(79, 75, 70, 1)”, text_glow:”rgba(199, 199, 199, 1)”, show_ss:true,show_mm:true, show_hh:true,show_dd:true, f_family:”Verdana”,show_labels:true, type3d:”single”,max_height:300, days_long:”DAYS”,days_short:”dd”, hours_long:”HOURS”,hours_short:”hh”, mins_long:”MINUTES”,mins_short:”mm”, secs_long:”SECONDS”,secs_short:”ss”, min_f_size:8,max_f_size:30, spacer:”squares”,groups_spacing:3,text_blur:2, font_to_digit_ratio:0.125,labels_space:1.2 });

Where is the variable for background color , I see it in the builder interface, but not in the code?

Background color can be set only for demo purposes. The countdown itself is transparent, so your body background or other container setting will apply.

Can this work or can you modify this as just a timer rather than a countdown to a specific date?

For example i’d like to use this as a timer that starts counting down from let’s say 2:00 minutes, whenever a page loads.

And then like the user above asked, would like a div(s) or text to appear in it’s place.

Thank you for your interest. It is possible to calculate the target time with Javascript to equal 2 minutes in the future whenever you load the page. I can assist you. It is only few lines of code.

The counter resides in a div and you set its html in the complete handler.

Email me at rimisark_74@yahoo.com.

Thank you for the rating and kind words.

Hi chrisdean,

I got your countdown and think it’s awesome but I was wondering if there’s a way to have the countdown disappear when it’s done and replace it with text. You’ve only given an example that calls an alert pop up which isn’t quite what I need?

Thank you for your purchase! When countdown reaches target date it gets destroyed. If you include code that changes the container’s div html() that will do the trick. I will be happy to assist if you send me mail to rimisark_74@yahoo.com

thx so much for your quick reply and great help. The countdown works perfectly! :)

I am glad it is working for you! Thank you for the rating!

Do you have a tutorial video for how a beginner could set this timer up?

Thank you for your purchase! You can find a step by step instructions here – http://dotstudio.co.uk/codecanyon/countdown/visual_builder_tutorial/

Also there are some simple demoes included in the package where only the required code is used with nothing else to distruct you.

If you have any difficulties, please contact me at rimisark_74@yahoo.com

I want to give this developer a big compliment for the fast replies and the great support. The countdown works great and the visual builder does all the work, no further knowledge of code required. I would recommend this countdown to everybody who needs one.

Thank you very much!

Hello! I would like the version with labels above digits too. Great item by the way!

Thanks! You can write me using my author’s page.

That was fast :) Thank you 5*!

Thank you for the rating and for the nice words!
