Hi there, the instagram journal plugin is installed on my website and I’d like to have the slider feature operational however it’s not a box i can select from the drop down tab. Is there some documentation or a video you could direct me to on how to install the sider?
I can definitely help you with this. I will be happy to show you this. This video gives a glimpse at all features of the plugin. Let me know if this doesn’t help and I’ll be happy to provide you with a custom screencast.
I would like to display my instagram photos in the classic format just as you would see if you were looking at my instagram on a mobile device (all the same size square images) currently due to the ratios all being different there’s a lot of white space. Could you please assist me in fixing this? Thanks!!
I will be happy to assist. Can you send me a link so that I may take a look?
I purchased the theme a while ago but there seems to be a serious flaw with the Menu area. As soon as the theme/plugins turned on it disables the word press menu options and generally breaks the menu links. I cant implement the features using the build in menu because it doesn’t have the advanced features such as custom url’s etc. Is there a quick way to disable the theme/plugins menu system?
It really should be an option to turn on or off if it breaks the inbuilt features. I’ve read back and many others are having this issue also. I disabled the theme and all the menu’s started working perfectly. So its certainly a theme issue.
Apart from that its a great theme.
Hi, I will be happy to assist you. Are you referring to the free theme or the plugin with your issues?
Hi there, thanks so much. I’m using the theme, but still have the plugin enabled. Basically if I go to “Journal” – Navigation Menu = then make menus there they don’t work right. When I review the code I can see under inspection that it changes class=”navigation collapse” class=”navigation” these two areas on clicks. However the menu names don’t go to the pages specified.
Even if I use another plugin to make pages URL links and then add them that way the buttons don’t actually work. It’s almost like invisible expand and collapse when I need to actually navigate. Ideally it would be good to turn off the Journal Navigation menu and be able to use the default word press Menu area because there is more control there.
If I turn off the theme the Wordpress navigation menus start working perfectly so there must be a conflict. – Hope this helps.
Hmm, could you possibly provide me with temporary Wordpress access so I can take a closer look?
Please add me to Skype so we can real time and I can provide access if possible “chris3dvirtualtours”
Absolutely! Do you have some free time this weekend? Also what timezone are you in?
