Truly excellent customer support. I've been using Instagram Journal on my website for two years now, and when an issue developed recently, Chris speedily rectified it.
In the past he's given free advice and has made some custom changes for a very reasonable fee.

Its not working. I am really disappointed
The plugin is excellent and provides wide range of functionalities. All you need to have an excellent display of your instagram stream with a lot of varieties and options..
A big! plus is the support. Very quick feedback and help with installation, edits and questions, also when you are kind of a "beginner" with wordpress. Truly outstanding!
This plugin is very hard to install and once installed, doesn't load any images as it shows a 400 error despite following the convoluted instructions. I would like a full refund on this product as it is too hard to install and once installed does not work.

The support on this template was absolutely fabulous! I had trouble with the install and edits and the support could not have been better! The response time was close to immediate!

Decent Plugin, works as it should.
Personal, friendly Help setting up the plugin was given.
Unfortunately the plugin is only available in English language.
Sadly there is no loading animation or "please wait" notice. Users are expected to wait for quite a while before content appears.
Configuring the plugin is complicated - there is only a shortcode generator. As a user I didn't understand many settings straight away and trying out takes a looong time.

Had a few issues due to Instagram changing their API, but the support provided was spot on and enabled me to get everything running perfectly again.

Update review. Good looking and beautiful. A tad confusing to install once you get through that, the display options are easy to follow and play with. Works with visual builders inside WordPress too so that's a plus.

This is my first time buying a API based plugin on codecanyon and I can say this author is great with supporting features. Instagram seems to be changing things in the API but xxcriversxx does a great job at assisting me in figuring out how to make things work the way I need them.

This is garbage. Nothing works, you should take this down if the API changed. Having a site that says you can do something when most of the features don't work anymore. Waste of money.

We chose this Instragram plugin as it has the best user feedback on rollover.
Would love to have an option of changing the "Load more" button. Otherwise works great
