Terrible Support. Do yourself a favor. Find something else.
The plugin basically had a lot of problems. Every time there was a problem, the answer was "It will be fixed in the next upgrade.
But every time there was an upgrade, while it might have fixed the original problem, it also broke the site again in some new way. I learned to always have a backup so that I could at least go back to what was. When I asked for support, it took weeks to get a response - if ever. And if/when I did get a response, it usually didn't fix anything.
After months of agony with IVPA - always hoping things would get better - and always wrong - we replaced this plugin with a plugin from a different company.
Based on the extreme lack of support and the basic fact that the product simply was not useable, I asked for a refund. That was 2 months ago. As you might imagine, I haven't had a response.
Save yourself the time and agony.
