for Customer Support

Addressed a bug in plugin a month ago told it was been worked on. Out of nowhere closed my support request, asked to reopen and ETA on the fix. Month later still no fix and i got frustrated customers. Plugin does what it says but alot of unaddressed bugs, beware.

Author response

Tickets are automatically closed after 2 weeks of inactivity upon agent reply. The bug is surely noted and will be addressed in the next update. Thanks!

very bad customer support.

Author response

Hi, working on the IVPA update as we speak. The support policy is here https://codecanyon.net/item/improved-variable-product-attributes-for-woocommerce/9981757/support It says 5 work days. Please be a bit patient as the update is being prepared. Someone will reply shortly. Thanks.

for Bugs

Doesn't work all of the time when multiple variations are used!

Author response

You information is so general. Anyway, no we don't select multiple attributes as this is not the plugin function. Thanks for understanding.

for Feature Availability
