Hi. I have just purchased and setup your plugin, but am having some issues trying to get the URL information from the page the form was submitted on, to pass to Pipedrive. I tried using all of the following fields – {utm_source} {utm_medium} {utm_campaign} {utm_term} {utm_content} – but none of them are passing any information to Pipedrive. Please help? Am I doing something wrong?

UTM tags are for a different purpose. These shortcodes are intended to send the UTM tags (that is, get parameters from the link), with which the user came to your site via the link of some ad in an advertising campaign.
To send the information you need, use the standard Gravity Forms shortcode {referer} – https://docs.gravityforms.com/referer-merge-tag/

Hi,
We are also using the utm fields with this plugin. But we just found out it pushes the wrong utm’s but have no idea why.
I just summited the form with this utm link: ?utm_source=test_16_2&utm_medium=test_16_2&utm_campaign=test_16_2
But now in Pipedrive i see a utm from one of our Facebook campaigns on my submission. If i look in Google Analytics it reports the right utm.
Do you have any idea what would be causing this?

2. Reproduce the problem.

I’ve purchased multiple of your plugin over the last years and i’m always happy with the plugins an support. I’ve got one problem at the moment.
The first step in the proces is pushing a deal and person to pipedrive from a form. This works perfectly. The user gets an email and gets an other form to give more information to be pushed mostly to the person fields and one deal field. Al the person fields work perfectly but i cant get the one deal field to update.

Hello – We have this working well on our website and instantly going into PipeDrive. However, PipeDrive is not notifying me when there is a new deal that comes in. It should activate a notification on the PipeDrive App and I also hav it set up that it should Email me. Neither of these notifications are happening. Wondered if you’ve heard of this before. Unfortunately, I’m not sure that I can tell you something in this matter. There are no methods or parameters in API that can create or block notifications.

To be honest, it seems that at Pipedrive there is no way to send a notification about the creation of a new deal by email, since this cannot be done even through a custom workflow – for the trigger of creating a deal, the action of sending email is not available.
Perhaps you should talk about setting up notifications with Pipedrive support.

Sorry, the process of resetting the field cache is not entirely clear, the cache is automatically reset once a day, but you can also do this forcibly – just re-save the settings where `API token` was specified.
You can also install the latest version, just changed this behavior, and now the field cache is reset via the `Reload fields data from CRM` button, which is available under the form where the `API token` is indicated.

Hi,
I am having an issue with date fields. I use a gravity form date field with a display format of 3 select boxes (Month, Day, Year).
When submitted to pipedrive I get empty values for theses 3 elements. I can see the dates in the “Entries” view of gravity forms.
Meaning data is lost when sent to pipedrive.
Here is what I send to pipedrive notes Date de naissance: {input_12.2} / {input_12.1} / {input_12.3}
Here is what I get when on the admin area of the form >> Pipedrive CRM: {input_12.1} – Mois {input_12.2} – Jour {input_12.3} – Année
Here is the result in pipedrive : Date de naissance: / /
Here is the result in gravity forms entry: 06/05/2016

The problem turned out to be that the data on the day, month and year are not stored separately, they are presented in separate fields only in the form.
Update is ready. Please download the latest version.
When setting up the form, now you will see not three separate shortcodes, but one – {input_12} . Unfortunately, this contains the full date and it has a format Y-m-d.
Perhaps it will be more convenient for you to transfer this information to some field with a date type in Pipedrive.

The strange thing is, at times, the fields have populated as intended in PD. But probably 80% of the time, they populate as shown, with the GF mapping codes rather than user data.

So, as I can see, the problem is in the settings / fields of the form, since you receive this data by email. The plugin does not modify the email – so the problem is not with the plugin.
That is, in some of the forms there is an incorrect value of the short code of the field.

I would like to request a refund of this plugin.
It will cause gravity forms to hang on submission and give the appearance that their request has not been received.
The issue happens on initial page load.
I’ve received negative feedback from our customers regarding this and have potentially lost some sales.
The website is futureaccess.ca and we have disabled the plugin.

Now I have unverified it from employeez.com and try to make it work on employeez.co.il and it does not work. after I fill the form it sends me to “500 page” or a white page and not the thank you page and it is not sending anything to the CRM
