hi, tnx for your recent update.
I’ve got two issues i cannot solve myself.
1) when i use the option Deal & Activity, there appears no activity in pipedrive at all. It should be linked to the deal directly i assume? what is going wrong?
2) i need to fill fields with an date. i want to automate it with ‘today()’. Then it creates the date ‘1 jan. 1970’. How to solve?

1) Check, please, maybe there is an empty required field on the tab `Activity fields`.
2) Please use built-in `gravity forms` tag – {date_dmy}. And also download the latest version of our plugin, as there really was a problem with the date format.

tnx. the date is fixed in the update and by using the merge. The problem with the activity isn’t solved. I see two required fields (subject and type). The field deal_id says ‘automatically’. There is no activity created in pipedrive.

hi, i’ve installed gravity-pipedrive crm plugin. When i tested it, an new deal was attached to an existing organisation with ALMOST the same name.
problem: 1) doen’t it check on exactly this name? 2) doen’t it update an organisations fields when the organisation is exiting?

unfortunately I am having issues with the data workflow.
The Plugin is correctly configures: API code is set and the fields are correctly configured (including checkbox with send) but no info is being sent over to pipedrive.
This used to work but after yesterday it stopped working. I did some changes on the Pipedrive fields.
Additionally the other plugin pipedrive – wocoomerce started generating PHP errors on the checkout, making it impossible to purchase on our site. I deactivated the plugin temporarily.
I would appreciate your promt support.

Where do I find the documentation on installing and setting up this plugin?
I’ve been unable to pass along “Notes” fields from GF to Pipedrive. I only seem to able to populate the “Deal Fields” within Pipedrive. Anything mapped under “Note fields” or “Activity Fields” doesn’t appear to be passed through to Pipedrive.
How can fix/troubleshoot this?

The lead details were received in pipedrive now, but there is no field mapping. I can’t see the contact details inside pipedrive.

It turns out you have specified an API key and have now proceeded to configure the forms.
Please check checkbox `Enable send` is activate and the required fields with an asterisk when configuring the form. For example, if you have selected type `Deal`, check the tab `Deal fields`.

I have try to install the plugin but its not activating i am getting error “To run the plug-in, you must first install and activate the Gravity Forms plugin.” Gravity form plugin is already installed and activated but i don’t know why i am getting this error.

It seems that you have a non-standard situation when plug-in `Gravity Forms` is located not in the directory `gravityforms`.
If so, please rename the folder with the `Gravity Forms` plugin and activate it again, then activate our plugin.
The presence of the activated plug-in is checked by the standard method of `WordPress` – `is_plugin_active(‘gravityforms/gravityforms.php’)`

Hi, great plugin. We were previously using Gravity Forms Zapier integration, and this plugin is much easier. I would highly recommend this plugin.

When configuring, you will see the `Form value` field, opposite the select. Simply enter a shortcode into it, similar to the other fields.

This looks like a great plugin, but I’m having a major issue with it!
Whenever I try to save the settings for a form, they all disappear and the “Enable Send” option is turned off when I go back to the settings page.
I have ran a test, and all data is saved within Gravity forms, but nothing has been pushed to our PipeDrive.
Any ideas what is happening, and why we cannot get it working?

Great plugin for Pipedrive and even recognises the Custom Fields!
However one issue – when the form is triggered a new contact is generated but the Deal and Activity is not generated in Pipedrive. Have you had this issue before and how do I solve it?

Please check that you have the type checked “Deal & Activity” and required fields are filled (required fields can also be in custom fields, required fields are marked with a red asterisk).
Standard required fields: Deal – Title. Person – Name. Activity – Subject and Type.

Great can’t wait till it is ready, so it would be great if it can include conversation content, add internal notes, and choose whether the person submitting the form is added as a user or lead. And send over as much (tracked) user/lead information over as possible!

Good morning, I have a question to ask: can I not import the person but only the activity? or assign a default as a person? I mean, I have to import on pipedrive data from wordpress forms that contain “name, surname etc.” I do not want pipedrive to create a new person but only the activity with the data taken from the form fields. thanks a lot and congratulations.

Hey great plugin, it creates a deal when a form is filled but it wont create and attach a person to the deal or won’t even create a person.

Hey man so it wont seem to save the settings in the form backend. Ill set up all the shortcodes in the corresponding fields and then Ill click save and it refreshes and its blank. I would really appreciate any ideas you may have!
