Hello! Just a few presales questions:
1. Do you have a feature in your form builder that will dynamically change an image based on current form selection? So customers can preview what they will be buying. (example will be color selection, then it will change the preview image based on the selected color)
2. Can the form generated be a standalone form? (meaning we can download the form code and then place it in any website we want)

We don’t store the form submissions, you can receive them only via email.
As for the activation, the activation code is not provided for items downloaded from Envato Elements.
However, the activation is only required to give you access to automated updates, but it doesn’t affect the functionality in any way.

This paint bucket does not change the actual color scheme of the plugin. It just shows your plugin in different themes for reference.
You can change the color accent of your plugin using CSS codes.

Hi there. After activation with the activation code, the message appears:
”... Oops, something went wrong An error occurred during your request process. Please try again….”
After that – it’s deactivated again… That’s it, nothing more is possible.
So what can I do?

We’re so sorry that this issue has come up for you. To fix it, please try to reinstall your plugin first. The Oops error comes up when the plugin’s database was processed incorrectly during plugin installation or update. Reinstallation usually helps.
If it doesn’t work for you, please also make sure that your Firewall doesn’t block our plugin’s request. If it’s the reason for the issue, you need to add our plugin’s request to exceptions.

The form builder has been working great for our forms but just now it started to add characters to the submission answers in the emails we receive like ”= ” or ”=E2=82=AC” right in between sentences and words it seems to be totally random. We have not entered any special characters when filling out the form, so we don’t know what this is causing, seems to be a bug.

The Website says that the lite version is limited to 200 views / app. Is there a limit to views on this one time pay licence?

Hello, I just purchased the form builder. Love how easy it is to use.. however, whenever I change the color scheme to “black” and click save.. the form does not save. It reverts back to white background.
