Great plugin. The forms say sent on the front end. Not receiving them in my mail box. Even when testing.

Hi there. After activation with the activation code, the message appears:
”... Oops, something went wrong An error occurred during your request process. Please try again….”
After that – it’s deactivated again… That’s it, nothing more is possible.
So what can I do?

We’re so sorry that this issue has come up for you. To fix it, please try to reinstall your plugin first. The Oops error comes up when the plugin’s database was processed incorrectly during plugin installation or update. Reinstallation usually helps.
If it doesn’t work for you, please also make sure that your Firewall doesn’t block our plugin’s request. If it’s the reason for the issue, you need to add our plugin’s request to exceptions.

The form builder has been working great for our forms but just now it started to add characters to the submission answers in the emails we receive like ”= ” or ”=E2=82=AC” right in between sentences and words it seems to be totally random. We have not entered any special characters when filling out the form, so we don’t know what this is causing, seems to be a bug.

The Website says that the lite version is limited to 200 views / app. Is there a limit to views on this one time pay licence?

Hello, I just purchased the form builder. Love how easy it is to use.. however, whenever I change the color scheme to “black” and click save.. the form does not save. It reverts back to white background.

What is the support agreement for this app? I noticed that it says ” Not included: Elfsight does not support this item.” Do we have to hire our own developers for support?

As you mentioned, support is not included in our plugins any longer, so you can contact your website developers if some assistance needed.
We haven’t given up on our plugins and we keep updating them if any issues or bugs come up. We also make sure to release updates including new features with more options and possibilities.
The thing is that the plugins’ diagnostics and resolving issues relating to the conflicts with third-party plugins and themes require the strong involvement of our development team. Unfortunately, at the moment we are not able to allocate enough resources towards these tasks and we are very sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Most of the users do not need support since our plugins have an intuitive interface and they work out of the box. For those who are unable to fix local issues or conflicts themselves, we offer a refund.
We do rely on your understanding and hope our plugin will not cause you any trouble.

Hi, I just wanted to have a couple of pre-purchase information:
- Does the form support conditional fields? That is, for example, if I select a certain field rather than another, other options appear.
- Since we have to create 2 different forms, if it is possible to send the summary email of the completed fields (which the admin receives) of the form to the email entered in the form. In the sense that if I have a form consisting of the name, email and text fields that the email, after it is sent, reaches the email placed in the field inside the form.
- Is it possible to specify more recipients for sending the email?
