As others mentioned the plugin which they offer for the download is COMPLETELY OUTDATED and is DIFFERENT than the one which they promote on the "Preview" link here.
I don't understand why Codecanyon allows this! I think the downloaded version is at least 3 years older than the version on the preview page.

I even sent an email but no response. Their excuse was that they were busy :)) We don't have the version on the demo page either. We downloaded v1.5.1, but there are improved features in the demo. They are not presented here. For example, float button options.

Here you mention that you can make a Survey with this plugin, but it turns out that I still have to pay monthly, as a result I spent $30. I don't know why.

Features which is normal with other forms is not normal here like
1. when customers fill out the form and submit. It appears to have been come from my own site. No way to change this.
2. database ingeration so that I can see messages in back end.
3. there is no way to integrate reviews directly into posts.
There is lots of other features have been requested through their wishlist. but yet to see them being implemented.
There is other forms out there with all the features of proper form builder

Setup the form, need customers to submit ASAP, does not send emails, emails simply don't work, going to lose customers because of this - documentation has one blog article for all topics.

Great customer support after a small issue with the plugin. The Elfsight devs jumped right on it and had the problem solved in a day.
If you're looking for a great and versatile form builder plugin then look no further. One of the many features this plugin has to offer is that it allows you to create your own email templates which is a must for designers and customer branding.
