ive removed the old version,, downloaded the recent version and installed it.. but now when i want to add a Form when pressing on :”save:” in shows 500 site error.. what to do now?

Hi! Please explain how to upgrade database or how to upgrade the plugin because when I upload the module the new one and the Perfex says it need to be database upgrade but then iam also getting the 500 error. And as this plugin should work I don’t want to pay for support, because this is a bug

Hello I just purchased your module but I have noticed something that is not right, when I choose a single or a multiple choice block it does not make it a grid like 3 in a row (as you have it in your images) but all of them are stacked one below the other, also its very confusing for the simple user to understand what choices to make especially for the multiple block because he can not see any checkbox. Is there something I can do to fix?

PRESALES have you finally enabled the form to be assigned to one of the perfex users/employees instead of assigning a ticket at the end .. SO THAT THE USER CAN CHOOSE WHO WILL SERVICE THEM FROM THE FORM. thats very important i believe we have discussed this for a year youve promised..
Dear @followeuphoria, thank you for your comment. You can set the form assignee, this user will get notification when a form is submitted and they can action it accordingly. You can add user email who gets email when a form is submitted. These updates are in the latest updates. Kind regards
Tried testing a form integrated with Leads. I cannot see it under the Leads. Am I missing anything?
Dear @badboybackagain, thank you for your comment. The submission needs to meet two conditions to be on the Leads. (1) When creating the Form, it must be connected to the Leads Table. (2) The form must be fully submitted by the user. If this 2 conditions are met and the record is is still not showing under Leads, could you please share the DEMO form URL with us for us to look into it? Looking forward to hearing from you. Also, is it possible to create different steps with Mutliple questions in one page. Rather than just have one question per page?

You can also enable All questions on a Single page as shown in the above screenshot.

Your form could be multilingual? so if you’re on the form, you can use the language.

Thank you for the quick response, I’m ready to buy, but I have 1 question and 1 concern, is there way to have input validation?! I was able to put any data for email address, 2 when I submit the form, the page gets stuck on the “disabled submit button” would this not be the case if purchased?! Dear @veotron, thank you for your comment. The validations in place does not include email yet, you have other validations like MIN, MAX, REQUIRED and others. We will take that as suggestion and consider it future updates. I found a bug, check on your demo lead number 1938, it supposed to be from form submission, but it is not visible on leads page, however it exist as lead in search, where is it?

Is it possible to make progress bar more classic, i barely see it, i would like to see steps and have it in green color and under the logo, more traditional, on desktop it’s hard to notice the bar, conversion rate from such forms is low when the number of steps is unknown.

Don’t take it as an offence, you are amazing developer and I admire your skills. However I do digital marketing and work directly with clients, etc, i can tell you one story, you know who makes the worst ever websites? Yes, web developers, you know why? Because their amazing website look stunning, but conversion rate is 0%, because they have no idea what is conversion rate means, while marketing people know how to make it work for end client, this is why if you ever need working website you never hire web developer. You hire digital marketing guy who can hire web developer and manage him.
