Hi, first of all great plugin, works prettyy well! If have two questions:
a) Is it possible to use TOC only on desktop and not on mobile?
b) the used theme has a sticky header/menu and the headings are not covered but still the distance is to small under the header/menu. Scroll offset doesn´t change anything even when set to a high value. Any idea how I can adress this?

It means the plugin doesn’t provide a Block in the Gutenberg Editor. But the plugin provides another ways to insert a TOC, such as widget, shortcode, automatically inserting.

Hi, I’m interested the plug-in. But I wanted to ask you a few things. What happens if I install the plug-in to the table of content that exists on the site? I have inserted the code by hand on some articles, without plug-ins. Does this disappear or create problems?
Normally they do the similar things. So maybe they have conflicts. You can disable the Fixed TOC on the pages that the TOC has existed. Or remove the previous code because the plugin also can automatically insert TOCs.

This plug-in is not suitable to Wordpress 5.3. After upgraded Wordpress, the plugin cannot be wrapped around by text. Please fix it as soon as possible. Thank you!

1. Does it support multi-language Wordpress installs? I’m currently using a free TOC plugin where one can define the title of the TOC (e.g. “Contents”), but this will be set for all languages and it’s not possible to translate it because it’s not output with_e(), see https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/_e/

1. Maybe not. The title is still defined by users not output with _e() in my plugin.
2. The version 4.0.0 will support Gutenberg block. I am working on the major new version. But it’s a big deal and it needs much time.
Having trouble setting custom colors. 1) the pick-a-color box will not allow me to input my HTML Color #. 2) when I hand picked similar colors, the settings were not saved when I published the post. 3) the pick-a-color options are not appearing in the Customize menu for font end customization (Appearance option from Plugin Settings menu). Thanks, Hope you can help. Really like the functionality, just need it to match my brand.
The color picker is one of the built-in wordPress component. The plugin just applies it. If it doesn’t work on your web site, maybe something else affect it. Try to deactivate other plugins to find which one affect it.
