As others have said, without being able to code you CANNOT get this slider to look presentable, despite what the marketing gumpf says. I posted a support request more than 48 hours ago and NO response yet. This is not a user friendly product at all, and without the support promised before I purchased this product it is useless for me ... waste of money. I am betting that this review will get a response from the support team in record breaking time. ps: I should have read the other reviews before purchasing this product. I advise potential buyers to think twice before parting with their hard-earned money

We are really sorry for your review. All demos that we show are made without need of code - just following the standard plugin functions. For a specific display code can be used which is actually one of plugin unique features - ability to use your code.
Because we stand behind our product if you are not satisfied you can ask for a refund following the terms

We will be really happy if you can contact us and provide additional details about the missing features you cannot find. Each message comes with settings for almost everything that you can personalize for visual style and appearance - colors, content, placement and etc.
May be that content for some reason is not appearing for you (if you are not using an account with full WordPress access rights).

Bad support i've ever seen in Envato. Also some features doesn't work.
Got it working. Instructions should be more clear - does not upload like other plugin purchases I have made.
Not improving itself. I would see that it improved itself and updates.
