The author died and was buried long ago, but his script is still on sale. The script no longer works. You will never receive answers to your queries because the script author no longer exists.

i mailed but noone answer my questions. i install the script but cannot load image cannot add listing and no answer??? i hope the csgraduate is still alive. in summary no support here!

Getting another error showing no image when selecting listing from card i tried several things to solve this but no luck.

The empty index.html also tried as described not helping

Installation was smooth, however needed to consult with the author on few things and as some advice, but after few comments and even one private message, still havent got reply after 3 weeks since i bought the script. Its just small things thats on the way to finish my project and publish the website publicly. But even do the script seemed to work nice before i bought it, after the buying it, got stuck on a problem where images are not displaying, a problem that many others are complaining about. I do prefer to work around the problems and dont bother the author but whatever he answered on that topic to the others that asked the same question long ago, its not working for me, not sure if it worked for many others too as well. However is not nice to sell things that are not able to do what it says they do, it just sounds like a fraud, if you add the def support to it. Displaying pictures should not be such a big deal for any script aside of this one as well, and having to try new hosting providers and spend extra money just to make a not well made script work, is simply ridicillous. No need to ask for refunding, just hope that whoever approves this scripts and stuff, will make sure they work as they should, before approving them, since i plan to get many other scripts for other purposes and dont want to face similar non-sense problems like this, because this is not a newbie installation dificulties problem, its problem about the function of the script. And for the record, i did got another script which uses the timthumb.php and is working nice and smooth, no need to ask host provider to do mod_security whitelisting no hassles. Aside the sales numbers and many satisfied customers in past, its obviously this script is a dead project for the author if we consider the zero support given.
Its just not right, its stressful, and time and money consuming.
