When using the openai module, will it has hallucination (i.e. make up false answers that’s not according to my website info or training data) ?

You can ask the AI to only use the uploaded document to answer questions and contact you by email if no relevant answer is found.

I’m looking to set up a chatbot feature for chat support on my site. The chatbot should answer any questions related to the site’s topic—in this case, heavy equipment—using ChatGPT knowledge rather than internal knowledge. Is there a way to have the bot request users’ emails or phone numbers after a few exchanges?

You can ask for for email and phone number at the beginning of the conversation or users can click on a button on the start menu and submit a form. But it is not possible to ask for email/phone after a few exchanges.
