Hello, I have purchased a Car Rental System (Native WordPress Plugin) and found it good. But Unfortunately, I can edit some headings and that's why the Client is going to cancel the order. I looked at the operating manual document and did not find a detailed explanation. I want to change the return location to the drop-off location. And also want to remove time period issues.

for Customer Support

Customer support is abysmal and when they do offer their limited support they direct you to their overly expensive support system not associated with Themeforest and will charge you a small fortune.
The plugin itself works well and is probably the best available hence the two stars. Bravo!
But be prepared as you will have issues with language options, changing fields, and currency issues.
We were stunned that a rental car plugin does not have options for hotel, flight number, and driver's license fields which are basically mandatory for any vehicle rental system. By excluding these which you will need they can direct you towards their expensive support system and have you pay a premium for features that should have been included.
Your questions will be answered on an as they want to basis and if you are lucky you may get a satisfactory reply but mostly people get redirected or ignored. Save your money on support and go to a freelancer portal and have your issues resolved cheaply.

All in all, I am happy with the plugin's overall usability. Yes, it lacks a few important features but it's fast clean, and has a nice interface.

This plugin is let down by the author's greed and poor support. I have over 5 pages of themes and plugins and have never come across any author who blatantly redirects their clients to a third-party support system so quickly (one which they operate) If you notice when they give the URL (at xrental thedot com) for support that is done this way as it wont be picked up by Themeforest. They are not actually allowed to do what they are doing via the terms of Themeforest. So be cautious.

Well, there is always a premium support. A quality costs money. If you don't have them, you can always get individual help via Fiverr. The basic support here is very basic, pretty much about how to install and use main functions and only via comments.

Super disappointed with this plugin. At the beginning I thought it works fine, but it was only when we had like 5 orders per year and very little chance of overbooking. Now we get over-bookings daily for no clear reason. So basically it does not do what it is meant to do.

UPDATE: They asked me to send information so they could look into it, but then never got back to me. Then once again I spent my time trying to reach out and got a promise that they will bet back to me and can you guess? We now have a new option for our website that we are trying to set up and solve all the issues caused by this plugin. Save your time and skip this plugin.

The plugin is terrible.
After installing the only thing you get is the System Status message: "Failed: You are not allowed to update. You either already updated the plugin, or you have plugin version older than 4.3.0 (in that case please install 4.3.0 plugin version first)."

Please install on fresh wordpress and use latest 5.0.6. Version. It will not give you this error, unless you had some old version before.

This plugin is very bad, I do not recommend it. It has many errors. But worse, it is the support because it does not exist. It's been more than 30 days and I have no response.
I have the following error and I don't know how to solve it.

We have a problem with the plugin. When making the reservation and entering the basic data for registration within wordpress, it shows us an error:

Error: Customer first name does not match existing customer first name!

Error: Customer last name does not match existing customer last name!

Sorry to hear data, we do our best for basic support. But if you need something urgently, you can always contact premium support via info [at] ewp {THEDOT} com. Regarding bugs, it had many iterations on code reviews, so majority of this are solved. Reviews section is not for bug reporting. We do patch them when we can.

Documentation out of date.
Support almost invisible. Very long before having an anwser.
Product is very complex to use. Not very user friendly.
My main concern is the integration with Stipe. Not as well integrated when it comes to the back end. There is no testing mode.
Front end customization not user friendly also.

Basic support is basic support. If you need premium support you can contact premium support partners (EWP) and get skype support, email support etc. Customization is very flexible and easy if you have at least HTML/CSS/JS basics and it is fully separated from the back-end code.

The plugin works fine but at the moment you have any bags or issues the support does not help you fix the issue but suggests to bay premium support at 560 euro 10 hours.

For more the 3 years I have bought the support they are offering at codecanyon and the first time that I have written about an issue it answer me that I have to pay "premium support" 560 euro for just one issue that they didn't investigate at all.

I don't get it. You bought a plugin, not a theme. If you need theme, go to solidmvc.com and grab a theme, or some partner theme.

I'm really happy with the result of this plugin. I got the car rental system and wp car rental theme as they recommend, and in about 10 mins I had my site up and running. All is like out of the box, my experience was really good, highly recommended.

I bought this plug in for bike rental, but unfortunately it does not make the right calculations ..... my operating hours are from 9.00 to 18.00 and, main is that it is calculating three full days but in the cart showing the cost of two days
(for example someone booked from today 18:00 to the next two days 18:00, but returns at 21:00 instead of 18:00 ... so you calculate three full days not 3 extra hours)
non si riesce nonostante gli aggiornamenti a fargli fare i calcoli giusti, ho scritto anche al supporto e mi chiedono di acquistare un supporto premium ...

Please update the plugin to the latest version. And change pricing model to mixed. Mixed model calculates days and hours. This is not a bug.
