I am not particularly satisfied, extremely unfriendly interface, options, etc. It has been frozen in time for so long and nothing is being done about it. The service was constantly referring me to external services and offering no real help. I don't recommend it; there are much more user-friendly systems out there, but I realized that too late. Really good plug in. You can tell that the designer really put some thought into the product and has not taken any shortcuts.
Customer support wise, the developer responds to messages in a timely manner.
I would highly recommend. Product comes with lifetime updates so you are assured your system will always be upto date.

This is by far one of the best rental plugins I’ve ever used! Everything is clearly documented, even if you’re not a technical person. Simply reading the provided documentation is enough to customize the plugin exactly how you want it.
The customer support team, though a bit slow at times, is incredibly helpful and supportive. They answer all your questions within the given timeframe, which is appreciated.
The simplicity of this plugin is outstanding. Just install it, copy-paste the shortcode onto the page where you want the booking form to appear, and input the necessary details in the back end. It’s straightforward—no rocket science involved!
Payment integration is also very easy. Just rename and paste the code, and you’re good to go.
Hats off to the developer for creating such an amazing rental plugin!
A few suggestions for future updates (if possible) that would make this plugin even more incredible:
Coupon Code Integration: It would be great to have a coupon code section at the final stage of the booking process. Once the code is added, it should show the difference between the discounted and regular prices. This would prevent customers from going back to the booking page repeatedly just to see the price adjustment.
Mandatory Extras: It would be awesome if there was an option to make certain extras mandatory. For example, customers wouldn’t be able to proceed with their reservations unless they select at least one required extra.
Page Builder Compatibility: Adding compatibility with Elementor or other page builders would take this plugin to the next level, making it more flexible for customization.
Customer Account Options: A feature to enable or disable the “Create New Account” and “Existing Customer” sections in the customer details form during the reservation process would be very helpful.

Buying this plugin has been the worst mistake I have made in my 10+ years of making websites. Their website doesn't work, their YouTube channel only has videos from over 8 years ago with no tutorials whatsoever. I have left questions here and they only respond to whoever they want and in a concise manner. The idea is that you write to support, just like I did and almost immediately they are asking you for money to support you. In my case, $500 just like others who have commented here. When I told them I DID NOT have $500 they did NOT respond to me again. Looking at all the comments, this plugin has many errors. Check the reviews from the last 2 years and you will realize that in terms of support they are very bad. If you are thinking of buying it, it will be YOUR WORST MISTAKE. DON'T DO IT!

A very beautiful piece of work, but support is very poor. Dont buy if you will need support. I have 9 days with no response to a simple question. Some people who wrote after me got response, its like the owner chooses which questions to respond to. I am thinking of requesting refund. I was soo excited to find this plugin but my hopes were shattered.

La documentacion es super basica, y las respuestas del creador son mediocres.
En si el plugin es pesimo.
Solo se pueden agregar 3 ubicaciones. Luego, te las identifica con un id que el plugin no detecta.
Muchas opciones se encuentran bloqueadas a través del cogido para que luego tengas que pedirles ayuda y te cobren por repararlo.
Solicite ayuda en varias ocasiones y me han dicho que debo pagar para que me ayuden.

I purchased this plugin on February 24.
I want to express great disappointment in terms of customer support.
I needed help from those who developed this plugin to tell me how I can add another payment method.
No one responded to my request and as a result the customers of my online store constantly complain that they want to buy products but cannot pay.
I am deeply disappointed with this service and I want the money I paid for this plugin back. Unfortunately, they did not agree to refund, so I was left with a very poor quality service and the money paid for nothing.
I do not recommend anyone to purchase this product.

Hi,
I'm working on website creation with your plugin and the Tantum theme.
I'm using your plugin to do yacht rental because he is indicated as essential in my theme's documentation to create my website.
But I’m confronted to some problems to configure my website.
The most important is that I want to link a customer’s reservation with his account. In your parameters it’s indicated « Automatically create account (New WP user) » except that it’s not a real account on which customer can see his oldest and newest reservations. That is just an account in the WP backoffice.
Is it possible to change this setting ? Because on my interface this option is blocked. Or what plugin can I download to link reservations with your plugin and customer’s account ?
So, do you have an email address on which ask my others questions please ?
