I have tried a few free plugins such as Better Docs and others via the WP depository and I always find that my website’s main menu disappears when a document is opened. The second issue is the sitemap will go no further than the Knowledgebase main page.

I require a full sitemap of the knowledgebase and I also require my main menu to display on all knowledgebase posts.

Is there a way to test this on my website or if I buy the plugin and it fails for one of these reasons or a layout issue will you refund me without hesitation?

I would prefer a 1 day test run or something. It does not need to be long.

Still issue with duplicate H1 on KB Post pages. Not good for SEO! this has been an issue for a long time and author mentioned they would fix and never have. I am not renewing support if support is not going to solve issues. highly dissapointed in this plugin as it is negatively affecting our sites SEO.

I just updated the plugin through the wordpress backend and can confirm now that the bkbm-single-title is now h2 which is perfect as header title of the page is already h1 so now no more duplicate H1’s. thank you :)

I am using Oxygen Builder and Templify KB. The category/tag page works when Oxygen builder is turned off but when it is switched back on it just lists the titles of the knowledge base posts.

Is this a workaround when using Oxygen builder?

This plugin creates pages within the knowledge base items (pages). These pages will have 2 x H1 titles in them as a result. We are being notified by ahrefs that 62 of our pages have multiple H1 tags as a result which we all know is bad for SEO. How can we fix this??
