My services are not real services like in a hair salon where two clients can receive the same service by two different employees at the same time.
Indeed my services correspond in fact to machines and cannot be reserved twice on the same time slot.
If I assign a machine to a single employee, customers will not be able to reserve that machine if the employee is away or on vacation or busy on another machine.
All my employees know how to use each machine, and I sometimes refuse customers who have booked when the machine was already occupied by another customer.
I would like to block the availability of a service on a time slot when this service has already been booked on this time slot by a customer.
Do you think this is possible?

Bookly is designed to work with a weekly schedule. After you set up the staff member’s schedule, this schedule will be repeated for the following weeks. Please note that the system takes into account the staff member’s schedule when rendering available time slots in the front-end/booking.
So the availability offered in the booking form is based on the schedule of the staff member. Whereas the interval of the slots offered is regulated with the time slot length as this is the basis of how the hours are divided and presented in the booking form.
The add-ons https://www.booking-wp-plugin.com/features/ are intended to help give more flexibility to achieve desired features.
Perhaps making the machines as placeholder staff members will work for this requirement?

We purchased it ans was kept aside until today. Today when I logged in, can see the Settings page to be a sort of broken! Can you tell us why? There is no option to add else I could have added a screenshot.

Any appointments can’t be rejected by the system itself. Currently, for customers groups, there can be chosen only Pending or Approved (or Default) statuses http://prntscr.com/n3kofq Even if you create new custom statuses you can’t choose them for customers groups.
This add-on can be helpful for you if you want to add specific characteristics to the appointment (e.g., label a client’s appointment as Rescheduled, No Show, VIP, To be Reviewed, etc.) and link custom email notifications to a custom appointment status. You’ll also be able to filter appointments with a custom status in your list of bookings.

Dear Sir/madam, I’ve purchased your software”BOOKLY and CART” and i’m going to use heavily integrating it into my website. I’m currently testing it and noticed that lacks one very useful feature, that does not allow me to rely on this plugin in my business. Can I discuss this and possibly get that feature produced by you. What it is in few words: I was using unique booking shopping cart custom design at www.wellness-studio.co.uk for many years. But I have to move to WP from Bitrix. Therefore I need the integration of bookly and woocommerce in such a way that when “Add to basket” button is clicked then the service is added into the CART of BOOKLY. 2. I want “Save & Continue Browsing” feature in the the CART of BOOKLY. 3. I want the mini-basket widget of the CART of BOOKLY instead of woocommerce mini-basket widget in the top of website.
Conclusion! So I’d like to use woocommerce for products’ pages but I want “woocommerce shoping cart” completely replaced with the CART of BOOKLY including all those features described above and currently reproduced in my website at www.wellness-studio.co.uk. At the moment, Cart cannot be enabled together with the WooCommerce online payment integration.

Hi are you planning to develope an add on that gives the possibility of multiple type of bookings for the same service? I have a photography course that takes place in one day but that have different prices related to the purchase channel. So, of a total amount of 20 places, i wat to reserve 10 places for who pays 30€, 5 places for who plays 10€ and 5 places for who pays 15€. I would like to set a maximum availability for each type and not a total amount of places. Thanks
