I opened an incident 7 days ago, sent 2 other messages and still didn't get any feedback from support. I would love to give a better rating if I was able to use the product and get in touch with customer support ! I hate to post this kind of comment, but I am stuck with my project and didn't get answer to my problem after 7 days.

However, as mentioned in our support policy, we unfortunately do not offer assistance for products that are locally installed. We've provided some troubleshooting steps in the ticket for you to try. I transformed this system into a Doctor's Office in Coworking with 8 rooms and 8 hours available per room. The Doctor can rent for the necessary period.
The software does not install on my server (always one error) and they refuse to support me unless I purchase support from them. I understand I purchased the software many years ago and now want to use it but surely it should install without any issues!
I would not recommend purchasing this calendar if you can't install it.

Our support staff did ask you to renew the support because it expired 5 years ago. We also suggested to you something you could try to resolve the issue - and your hosting company refused to do that. We then asked for the FTP access so we could look into it - as it did sounds like a server incompatibility - unfortunately, you decided not to pursue the resolution and stopped replying to the support tickets.
We will be happy to continue looking into this for you, if you still require help - just re-open the same support ticket.

I guess there's always good and indifferent; my support has been quick, and works well S/W does what I want it too, isnt the most glamorous solution out there, but it doesn't need to be. Happy with the three products bought so far.

We had an issue with our instance of bookingwizz and had to interact with the support team. You guys are amazing. The team not only suggested a fix for the issue we were having but also offered to fix it for us since we had to present the system to the client asap.

This worked after a great number of attempts
Initially, they had good customer services but they've gone seriously down hill recently. I informed them of an issue with the script recently and spent 2 weeks telling them that I had not edited the script myself and that it was not a hosting issue - as they were essentially trying to dodge the issue without even engaging as to any issue, i.e. they did no problem solving at all, just told me that the problem wasn't their's - and it was only after 3 weeks of messages that they agreed to look into the problem. By then I had had to pay someone to do the work, and this was despite paying for their support.
Extremely poor service. Would not recommend these lot at all!

3) the system was working fine for a few years
4) then suddenly started to have issues
Based on the above - we advised you to talk to your hosting provider. This is not what we can assist you with as the support package which you had purchased from Envato does not cover debugging software on your hosting account after it suddenly stopped working.
We agreed to look into this problem by requesting access to your account only to identify what exactly changed in the hosting environment to provide you with a quote for fixes after.
Never tried to dodge anything. Let's be honest, if you've used the system for good few years without issues and then suddenly it broke and neither you or us did anything - we can't provide free support for such cases.
