The software does not install on my server (always one error) and they refuse to support me unless I purchase support from them. I understand I purchased the software many years ago and now want to use it but surely it should install without any issues!

I would not recommend purchasing this calendar if you can't install it.

Hi Richard,

Our support staff did ask you to renew the support because it expired 5 years ago. We also suggested to you something you could try to resolve the issue - and your hosting company refused to do that. We then asked for the FTP access so we could look into it - as it did sounds like a server incompatibility - unfortunately, you decided not to pursue the resolution and stopped replying to the support tickets.

We will be happy to continue looking into this for you, if you still require help - just re-open the same support ticket.
