Hi,
Do you have a site where I could take a look? Which city is the weather set up for?
The plugin uses data from https://darksky.net
You can check if the weather data is accurate for your city on that site.
If the results you get differ from the Dark Sky website, then it's possible that your weather settings can be optimized for more accurate results.

Hi, this may be because the plugin is larger than the allowed php upload file size. The plugin size is so big because the geoip database is included to improve GeoIp speed. You can try to upload the plugin file (astero.zip) through FTP and then activate it in your Plugin page, or increase your php upload limit.
