for Customer Support

I have had a ticket open for 3 days, and you still have not replied. Please try to stay closer to your customers, because waiting 3 days for a response, only to possibly be asked for additional information and then have to wait another 3 days again, makes it feel like it takes a whole week just to communicate with you. Please take action to provide faster support.
