If you do not want to provide support, why did you open a support page? As for your code, there are several problems. In this case, you are cheating people.
it looks like people are bleeding for support. At least developer should respond the ticket. I can understand sometimes it may be server issue or something else but even then a support ticket/comments needed to be attended.

I understand and I know every system will have a different version of software and a customer you can’t handle everything. but however, these apps are being bought by the customers who have no knowledge of those things.
If someone is aware how to fix those things, don’t they will build their own software. why they will buy it here? The reason is simple. those customers are not the technical persons so when they buy the software from you, they depends on you for a hope.
I saw many support ticket which weren’t answered by you. Even many of them gave their ticket number and you never replied them. At least it was expected that your team give a reply to their comment and can explain them if it is covered under the support or not. In that case a person like me can trust you. and I agree the below reply from Webarghen. What is the meaning of opening a support page? I read your support policy at the item Details which says customers can report but and issues. So, does that means as a vendor you want tester where those testers pay you $39 to test your app and report you bugs?
okay, I really want to be fair here. I purchased your code and after a little struggle I was able to set up the Larval Admin successfully.It was a bit easy.
One just need to read the documents carefully.
I will try later to set up the android and will put my review and experience. What issue I faced and what was not working and how I solved it. I trust that can be helpful to other users.

Thanks, I installed everything on xamp local server. Backend is working. However in emulator Mobile app also working. But it is not fetching data. It was showing error like GET /HomeMobile/SourceCode/api/getbanners 404 not found Products and all other urls were showing as 404 not found. I used ngrok to run the local host and set up the backend url/api details etc
I suppose the backend URL is the localhost/Home<obile/Sourcecode/ for my app
AM I right? if yes, then why 404 not found? Except this issue everything was straight forward. I didn’t find any bugs or issue with the codes.
I have uploded remote backend successfully It is working fine. Android app also working perfectly. I added one product in backend and the proeduct is also displaying in the dashboard but only problem i am facing is that android app not fetching any data it says not found.
I can see menu and other hard codes in the android mobile app successfu like login, register everything. it looks like it is not connecting with the backend properly. So, what could be the issue.
I generated consumer key and secret key succesfully probably the public static final String ECOMMERCE_URL = may be an issue in the ConstantValue.java

All those who are facing 404 error issue for backend. I can tell that it is mostly because of the server configurations. I was using Nginx so I just added the location path for the store and the issue was fixed.
then permission issue was there for which I changed the permission to 777 as shown in the document and all those errors gone. Android app installation was pretty simple. I suggest to use the laste version to the extent possible and everything will go fine.

My Application was crashing at the checking out page. So, I check the Logcat and I observed this mesage Shipping_Methods.RequestShippingRates.
I had not added weight to my items and the shipping method were inactive. So, I added weight to my stock item and then activted Flat Rate shipping shipping Method. After that, I was able to place the order successfully. and it was reflect in my backend in real time. It is really wonderful.
I can confirm there are no bugs in the codes and atleast for me things are working fine.
Mostly, the users are facing issue because most of us just want to to check the application in real time without bothering the documentation properly or following the instructions carefully.
I have following remarks for the app developer. 1. The App / Backend is lacking an important feature. In an e com stock item can have mulitple images but here we can add only image which I believe limiting the full potentions of the App 2. What if a store owner want to offer free delivery without any shipping charges? Is it possible? 3. It is annoying to put the contact number manual each time. if it can fetch from the customer address/account then it coould be a good user experience.
