This issue is based on recent updates of android gradle build. You can build your gradle successfully by replacing onesignal dependency in your app level build.gradle file with this
implementation (‘com.onesignal:OneSignal:3.8.3’) { exclude group: ‘com.google.android.gms’ }
You can find onesignal dependency in build.gradle(app) by pressing ctrl + F and search for onesignal you will find it somewhere near line number 83. Replace it with above code and you will good to go.
