Are you able to do a split payment like a multi vendor site?
Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. Multi vendor option is not available in Amelia and payment can only go to one account at this time.

Is it possible to remove or disable the Google Maps API required in the location field in booking form? Would like to eliminate future billing issues with Google as I would like to implement the Amelia booking system for a client. Thanks

Amelia isn’t capable of showing Google Maps on the front-end. A lot of people request that option, but it’s currently not possible.
You may be referring to Google Maps in the Locations section in the back-end. There, Google Maps can be added, but that’s not mandatory, so if you don’t enter the Google Maps API key in Amelia’s Settings, Google won’t be used.
I have a group of 9 teachers who do the approval of member registrations. According to each registration form or according to a choice of a field in the form, the approval request is directed to a specific teacher. After approval, the applicant receives the identification card – ID card (or badge) to have access to the university laboratiry. The ID Card is an entry ticket to the laboratory, with an indication of dates and times, it can be for a single day or multiple days. The student shows his ID Card on the smartphone screen.
Could Amelia help me whit this?

We’re not sure if what Amelia has to offer will suit your needs.
Customers book an appointment, which could be set to the Pending status. Appointments with a pending status need to be approved by employees, managers, or admins, so that could cover the 1st question, but they are automatically assigned to an employee.
This is also not a problem, since by editing an appointment, the employee assigned to the appointment can be changed.
The issue is with the ID card. Amelia stores users with IDs in the database, but they cannot be shown to the customer. There’s an appointment ID, though, so you can use the email placeholder ‘ appointment_id ’ which they can use as an identifier.
There’s no card (QR code, or anything similar), but the only piece of information would be the appointment ID they’d receive in the email.
If this works for you, then you would probably be able to use Amelia.

1. Is there an Option to set different prices at different service-times?
from 8.00 – 10.00 AM: 1 swimming-lesson: 60.-
from 10.00 – 12.00 AM: 1 swimming-lesson: 85.-
2. Is there an Option to connect a Service with a Location? Or have Service Times on Locations? (Needed for my client, who is a swimming teacher who teaches at different locations)
Service 1,2,3 at Location A (7:30 – 17:00)
Service 3,4,5 at Location B (8:00 – 20:00)
I bought Booknetic and unfortunately it misses these features.

Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. But we plan to implement this in the future.
For now you can do that using your employees. You can create two employees and set different price per employee.
You also can set this via employees. You can that your employee works on that locations in certain period of time. You can find more informations about this on this link https://wpamelia.com/locations/.

Hi, Thanks for answering. The Problem is, that there is only 1 employee. If i set up 2 different employees for the working hours, then he could be double booked at two different locations at the same time. right?
If you configure the Google Calendar integration, you would be able to link both employees to the same Gmail account.
Once the Remove Google Calendar Busy Slots option is enabled in Amelia Settings/Integrations/Google Calendar, as soon as one employee is booked, the second employee will be blocked for this time.

PRESALE question, about Whatsapp Notification.
Is it cheaper to have whatsapp notifications directly with facebook, instead of through Twilio? It is a big difference? And if I want to put a chatbot to be able to notify that we cannot answer through that number, could it be done? Is it compatible with twilio or does it only support one service per phone number? Thanks.
Twilio is used for SMS messages and SMS messages can be sent when you buy SMS credit. WhatsApp messages are free. As for chatbot, unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. Also one more question, can i send email notifications of appoitment to one mail? of all my profesionals. I want to receive all new email notifications to one email not separated to each profesional email.
Could I answer messages from customers with that phone number or could I not? In case it’s not possible, I don’t need a chatbot, just a message that we can’t answer through that number

WhatsApp integration is free, but we believe that Facebook will charge you extra if you go over the daily message limits. If we’re not mistaken, 50 messages per day are free, and going above that would most likely be charged, but you need to check that with Facebook’s guidelines.
You can add multiple emails to the Notification Settings, so all emails are sent to these email addresses. Please note that this will include both the Customer and the Employee emails.
Your customers can’t respond to your messages, nor can you send messages manually – they are programmatically sent.

I had a look in the backend and could not find it…
is it possible to create custom fields for a customer? For example a checkbox or text field: Client John has Brown hair, a Beard, etc.
This should be only visible for the admin/employee.
Custom fields are added tied to appointment not to customer. But you can leave Note (Internal) in the back end once you click on edit customer.

Sure, you can create a Custom Notification that would be sent X hours/days/weeks/months after the appointment has been made.

There’s no built-in way to achieve this, so you would need a custom solution which, unfortunately, is not covered by support.
Changing the booking forms is not possible, so other than CSS, this would most likely require code changes, but again, we do not provide support for that.

Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. We plan to implement these features in the future but we cannot make any promises and give eta for this at this time.

Amelia is a booking plugin. It is used to book appointments with you and your employees. I’m afraid that Amelia is not what you need unfortunately. We would be happy to recommend another system, but we are not familiar with any system that does what you need. We wish you the best of luck in finding the right solution.
Is it possible to allow users to choose a duration for package appointments?
For instance, we have a package of saunas… and when people buy the package we want to allow them to be able to choose between 30, 45 and 60 minute sessions when booking their appointments.
This is offered for stand alone appointments… but I do not see an option when a package is bought.
Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. This is not possible to enable for appointments that are part of package for now.
PRE SALE QUESTION: Hi how are you? I wanted to know if you had thought of an improvement in the Step-by-Step Booking Form 2.0, I was watching the demo and I think that it is not very convenient to choose a service, in dekstop the dropdown version there is very little space, I imagine that if you have services With long titles they could not be read. I don’t know if you saw how Latepoint or Booknetic has it but it would be much better. In addition, an image could be added to each service.
Here I tried with inspecting element, and as you can see, my clients could not see the title of each service. I am very interested in your plugin but this would be a big problem for me, and it is a small detail. I have seen in the other forms of registration the exact same thing happens with long titles of the service

Hello I like your plugin but have a question:
Is ther a way to prepurchase appointments?
I want it to make a website for a client who has a yoga place with 6 devices (pilates reformers) available every hour. Users buy different plans that include a certain number of sessions (appointments) per month on those devices. The idea is that users can manage their reservations on the dates and times available in the month and be able to modify or cancel their place in the agenda only up to 24 hours before.
They cannot schedule more than the number of sessions included in their paid plan(s) and if they do not use their schedules for their corresponding appointments in the same month, they will not be able to use them later.
The idea is not for clients to pay each time they book an appointment, but rather to pre-purchase packages or plans for multiple appointments (which vary in price).
Is it possible to do that with your plugin? Any ideas?

I’ve been watching your demos. Especially in the sports area as there is an example of “packages”. But what I saw, after making the reservations, in the payment part I get an announcement that the slot is not available. So I have some doubts, Does the system allow appointments even when there are no more spaces available and only notifies at the end?, Is there a place where users can view the available and occupied places when making their appointments?, Is there a calendar where I can see all the appointmens of all the users? The available time slots will not be displayed on the front-end calendar. Are you referring to the step-by-step booking form on the front-end?
You can see all of the user appointments on the Amelia/Appointments page. You can filter the appointments by date range, employees, services, customers and status of the appointment. Hope this helps you.

well, something like a ticket or a message for the event creator, the visitor its not needed to create events, but as a school the parents will want to know about the event so they write to the school to know more about it in the event, something like a ticket or request or questions for events.

There is no option to do this directly from the Amelia plugin, the only way would be for the customers to send that email to the admin of the website manually.

Is there any check-in work flow that can change the appointment status to complete?
There are no workflows available in Amelia.
If you use PayPal, Stripe, RazorPay, or Mollie payment engines, once the appointment is booked and paid online, it will be set to “Approved”. WooCommerce payments have rules, so depending on the order status in WooCommerce, you can initiate appointment status change in Amelia automatically.
The plugin doesn’t have the “Complete” status, though, only “Pending”, “Approved”, “Canceled”, and “Rejected”.
is it a pro version if i purchase from codecanyon?
The version offered on CodeCanyon is equivalent to the Basic license offered on our website. It’s a full version of the plugin, but it can be installed only on one domain and an unlimited number of subdomains.
Pro and Developer versions, found on our site can be installed on 3 domains and unlimited domains, respectfully. They also include the Packages Feature and the WhatsApp integration.

WhatsApp notifications are included in Amelia, but they’re only available for Pro and Developer licenses, that are not available on CodeCanyon.

Although this is a highly voted feature, we probably won’t go forward with it at all. As a WordPress plugin, Amelia is not quite built for this. Its database grows as its users, categories, services, events, etc grow. Even now, where each domain is registered for one company, there are customers that are having issues with loading the data because they use shared or cheap hosting plans that don’t provide enough memory or processing power for their websites.
Another reason why we won’t be going forward with this is that this is currently possible by using a multi-site environment, where each subdomain would represent a different company. Each subdomain is treated as a separate installation, so company1.domain.com has its own database, with its own list of employees, services, customers, etc, while company2.domain.com, company3.domain.com, and so on would all have their own.
Even though it’s a highly voted request, including this would be similar to developing a brand new plugin (when we calculate the time and effort needed to develop this).
Sorry for the inconvenience, but this is something that will most likely remain only a feature suggestion.

Amelia picks up the calendar format and week settings from WordPress general settings. You need to set Sunday as the 1st day of the week in there and Amelia will pick it up.

Does the plugin allow automatic deduction from Stripe for recurring subscription? Since it has a recurring feature, can it deduct via Stripe monthly?
My clients’ subscribe to monthly subscription and I want them to pay automatically every month when they choose monthly recurring service. Is it possible please?
Amelia doesn’t have a Subscription feature yet. The recurring appointments allow you to configure the service in a manner where customers either pay for all recurring appointments straight away, or they only pay for the first appointment.
If it’s the latter, each next appointment should be paid on site.
Our development team will work on this in the future, but at the moment we don’t have an ETA on it.
Can I make each particular service have a different type of recurrence? Example: Service A has up to 8 recurrences. Service B has 12. And that the client cannot go beyond that feature?
