Hello, I would like to ask whether the Amelia plugin supports installment payments without WooCommerce enabled.

Specifically:

Are installments supported directly through Amelia via Stripe, PayPal, or Mollie?

Or are installment / BNPL options (such as Klarna) only available when WooCommerce is enabled?

From what I understand, enabling WooCommerce changes the booking flow and redirects the customer to a WooCommerce checkout environment in order to complete the payment. Please correct me if I am wrong.

My goal is to offer installment payments without using WooCommerce, while keeping the native Amelia booking flow.

Looks good – but when testing your demos and case studies on mobile the layout is not perfect at the moment.

The qty fields on bringing people, and the qty fields next to + and – on recorruences are not formatted well meaning the mobile booking process is difficult to do at the fields are not contained inside the screen (some sort of overflow of content in the modal)

Also when choosing the date, the timeslots if only one is an option does not show clearly on the screen after date selection, meaning that can be missed unless user scrolls.

And also when getting to paying for an appointment the card fields do not show without scroll which on moible can be easily lost too.

A few little niggles but right now these would affect the booking process hugely. Some basic CSS changes but I think its worth you checking the plugin as this must be affecting real life versions for clients as it did on some of the examples where people are using the plugin.

I would like to create typical pricing tables showing the features of a service, along with a booking/payment button. When the user clicks the button, it should automatically open the Amelia plugin to schedule the appointment, with the pre-filled details of the selected plan.

Is this possible with Amelia?

We would like to set up appointments so that time slots are displayed every 30 minutes, but once a customer books an appointment, the actual duration is 1 hour and 30 minutes, with no overlaps allowed.

For example:

- If a customer books 9:00–10:30, the following slots (9:30–11:00, 10:00–11:30, etc.) should not be available anymore.

- The next available slot should be from 10:30 and after .

Is there a way for your plugin to achieve this behavior?

As a WordPress dev helping customers with this plugin, I must say that Amelia is a good booking plugin; it gets the job done. Here is where things took a turn. I find myself doing loads of work around with other plugins for gift cards.

Another issue is tips; using the extra area is just a workaround. Please code it in.

Customers have been asking for these two items for a long time.

As we get near the fall weather, the spa industry gets busy.

As for the gift card, it needs to work like any other platform where people can purchase it and send it to he/she.

I am looking for an alternate system before the season starts. Online gift vouchers are not just a nice-to-have feature for a service booking platform; they are essential.

Please revoke my license I need to use it for another domain. I have contacted you so many months ago and no response.

Presale Question: Can we give the employee and option to limit the appointments to their existing clients only? A setting where an employee can make himself available for everybody or only to existing clients?

Unfortunately, Amelia doesn’t currently offer this option. All customers can book an appointment via the booking form. While an admin can manually create appointments from the backend, the booking form on the front end is visible to all customers.

I tested this system with a friend and have a question. With the professional logged into the professional dashboard, if they go to Appointments, click on new appointment, and then click on clients, it will show all clients who have scheduled with other professionals. It should only show clients who have scheduled with this professional at some point, because in my test, it gave the option to schedule with any client, even if they had already been scheduled with another professional. I await your feedback; if there are any corrections, I will make the purchase.

This option is working as intended. Typically, it’s the administrator who manually books appointments, so they have access to the full list of clients who have previously booked. The same applies to WordPress users with the Employee role — they can also see the list of clients who have booked in the past.

The option you’re looking for is related to user role permissions. While each Amelia user role comes with a predefined set of permissions and there’s no built-in way to modify them directly within Amelia, there are third-party plugins available that allow you to customize role capabilities.

Hi, pre purchase question. Is it possible to leave the price for a service blank until the admin is ready to set reservations and manual type the price in? I have too many set frequencies and prices for each client, so it’s best to type in the price for services when scheduling the appointment for them. Is this possible? thanks

I think you’re not understanding me. The system is telling me that I must log in to access support, but I don’t have a username. Yes, I do have a license but no username. Or where can I find my username? When I bought the license, I bought it here on Envato, but I didn’t receive a username to log in at https://store.tms-plugins.com/login.

I really like Amelia booking system and would like to adopt it for my new project. I will be using the Nifty theme from https://nifty.bold-themes.com/swirl/ and just wondering if Amelia will work with that as this theme doesn’t use Elementor and instead it uses its own Bold Editor. Any help will be highly appreciated.

Thank you for your response. I just have one more important question that will help me decide whether to purchase the plugin.

I’m currently using a ThemeForest theme designed for online courses. I like its design, especially the course grid layout. I’d like to know if it’s possible to replace that course grid with WP Amelia’s services and events, without modifying the theme’s core code or doing any heavy custom development. I know there is Amelia’s grid but I want to use the variables/fields in my theme courses grid with its style and design.

I’d really appreciate it if you could let me know whether there’s a solution or workaround for this.

Good afternoon, I would like to know if your platform allows for dynamic pricing or automatic price changes based on the selected date or season.

For example: if a service costs $20 USD in August, but when the customer selects a date in June, the price automatically changes to $25 USD.

Unfortunately, dynamic pricing based on the selected date or season is not currently a built-in feature in Amelia.

However, there is a possible workaround you can consider: You could create two separate services with different prices, and then use the Special Days feature to assign availability for each service based on the desired dates. For example, the employee can be available for the $25 service during June and then switch to the $20 service in August.

This approach requires some manual setup, but it can help simulate seasonal pricing for now.
