You cannot change the font properties, you cannot add line breaks or any other text boxes. The exported certificate low quality, and only a png

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. To change the font property and the other things you stated, the source code will have to be changed.
You can upload any type of file for a certificate, but students only get the.png version, which they can't change. The certificate's quality is good. If you'd like higher-quality output, just submit a ticket at http://support.creativeitem.com. In this case, our developer will be happy to help you out.
Love this product! Purchased several years ago and had to do a new install with upgrade versions. An error appeared, and support fixed in asap. Great product and support.
